Besides ROM hacks, have you tried fan games ? There are some great ones I could suggest!
I, for one, am a busy Gardevoir, but I am always up for new friends!

Yeah I've looked at the meet and greet page a little bit and so I decided to post in it on a whim, just didn't really want my own whole post tbh 😅 And I did read the rules as well
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu! haha

And probably various Romhacks, just because I love the passion there (not that other areas aren't passionate!), both creators (and everyone else working on the games! A machine won't function without all its gears!) and the players and beta testers, etc. So it inspires more passion in me too!(:

Thank you so much! And yeah being busy is good! I've actually played quite a few fangames, but most of my exposure is from secondhand experience, but it felt enough like I was playing them so I still count it 😅

I am a huge ride-or-die fan of Ttartube, that's the true homie! And when it comes to fangames that I think weren't romhacks, I watched his playthroughs of Uranium and Reborn (I was so so SOOO invested in that one, but he left it unfinished, so I was sad haha), Insurgence, there was Xenoverse (also dropped I think), Axis, that one super scary horror game which I refuse to play, because I'm a wuss when it comes to horror games 😭, and many many others!
I tried Reborn many years ago bc of watching him play but it was my sibling's laptop and so I couldn't get all that far. I did start Uranium using Joiplay, and it was fun, but I myself only got far enough for my cat starter to get to its first evolution. I was working on Infinite Fusion, but got caught up with things.. I still have only one badge 😅 But I got some really nice fusions (Playing on randomizer) There's this Latias and Tangrowth fusion that actually looks really good and is a favorite!

The next fangame I'm gonna be playin is JLuma's!

I played Uranium and liked it! Some fakémon here are pretty great! And Reborn, well, it's quite tough regarding battles, not to count the hairpulling puzzles (good thing there are guides!). But I liked the characters, especially one who inspired me (you might have seen said character ^^)! Reborn's team has also started another game, Desolation, not finished but already tens of hours of playing!
And Insurgence... that would be my top favourite fan game! The Delta Pokémon are excellent (my top favourite, Delta Charizard, nicknamed mine Shadowyrm ^^), there are so many areas to explore, not to count the means to train a team. And over 900 Pokémon to get on the Pokédex!

I've not really been in the biggest 'chatting' mood as of late, but I just had to say his Darmanitan learning V-Create was one of the funniest things I've seen in a Pokemon game playthrough LOL. XD

No worries. We all get like that! Sometimes all we need is a recharge, some time with friends or a short vacay, those always help me at least (:
And yeah Damage is and always will be an absolute legend. I didn't watch the full playthru but I've seen parts of it, highlights n stuff. It's funny that it had Drizzle at first before evolving. 🤣 That aspect of abilities being random when evolving is awesome, because with that and its held item? Untouchable!!

Yeah, I loved everything I saw of Reborn, and he got super far, like 3 seasons, tho the 3rd was very very short. But still.
So many of my favorites passed on. Like his Mightyena named Kiki, and the Belly... (Swalot) Which was iconic. Think I still gotta finish watching what he has of that (he began uploading more episodes again but I couldn't watch them at the time, so I'm not too sure if he actually completed the game or not but I remember others saying they're sad he didn't or that they wanted him to finish it OR Insurgence. One of the two idk. I think he got obliterated near the end of Insurgence and dropped it but I'm not 100% sure)
Now that I have a computer again, I can play Reborn myself at some point, but I remember how difficult it is, which is what got me to respect Ttar so much more after seeing what he was able to pull off so many times, on a mostly blind run nuzlocke, except for small tips here and there from us fans. Basically I know it'll put me through the wringer.. Insurgence too. Delta Pokémon sound really cool! I haven't seen all of them, but in his Super randomizer, I did see a lot. Long time ago though.
Delta Charizard tho.. sounds like it'd be Ghost type? Ghost Dragon? Really cool! And nice name, haha
When you talk about the character who inspired you, I'm not sure who that would be, but as I watched a large portion of the game, I definitely would have seen them even if I don't remember lol. Could you give me a name? 😅

Since it's a newer project, I think I'd play Desolation first, at least what's finished so far. As long as it's not like a sequel of any kind.

I remember being fond of Gossip Gardevoir when I watched, as a fan of Gardevoir, dating back to my Sapphire, and PMD Red days!
That's a neat and moreso unique inspiration I gotta say. Cheers! 😌🥂

Delta Charizard looks way cool. I really want it now 😍 I feel like I like the shiny more, but then the mega, I sorta like the regular color more but the shiny is still great, I mean both palettes are great, but just to me anyway. If it is indeed a mega? Or some other kind of transformation thing. I will definitely be trying to get one in Insurgence either way.
I'll get on Desolation asap tho, thanks again for the info! 😊
And that Gardevoir skin is beautiful 💜 Wouldn't mind seeing that character often in the game.
Gardevoir's been a favorite of mine all the way back since I first played Sapphire when I was 5 and hunted for a Ralts, both bc I thought it was neat, Psychic type was cool, very strong, and the rarity aspect, hunting for it was a motivator, plus my cousin told me females were rare in the game, especially for starters, so I remember resetting for them a few times and also trying to get good stats xD Which is why I love romhacks and fangames that show you Nature colors as well as IVs in the menu, like that is a godsend. All Pokémon games should do that, without needing a PC even or some NPC to tell you.. But anyways~
I was able to breed the starters and other Pokémon that I had females of, which was really fun for me, and raising up my teams of Lv5 again.
I pretty much have to have a Gardevoir on all my teams whenever I play a game that it's available in! And I'm obsessed with getting as many good Gardevoir fusions as I can in Infinite Fusion, the sprite artists do such a great job with all of them! ^_^
I also learned the newer Japanese games Procyon and Deneb have an alternate Ralts evolution for that's like a golden warrior Kirlia and Gardevoir which look really good! so I'm working on finishing my Sirius playthrough to get to her. Really want to try them out!

I think it's tied between R/S/E and B/W, Emerald was the first Pokémon game I played and I really enjoyed the gameplay, plus Hoenn is one of my favourite regions design-wise, all the towns/cities feel super lively :D
However B/W has one of the best stories imo and I may or may not have cried multiple times. Cheren and Bianca are probably my favourite rivals because the dynamics and interactions with the mc are amazing
Also kinda unrelated but before I started to play Pokémon games more, I played pokémon brick bronze on roblox and it was one of the main reasons I got into Pokémon again (I used to watch the anime when I was a lot younger, but after that I moved on from Pokémon to other stuff)
