Q4 means the quartar of 2004 (not the coin!). Or am i wrong?

That's what I was thinking. I thought Nintendo said they were going to let it out before the PS3 (then again they said they wasn't going to show the Rev at E3 this year). I hope that Nintendo lets the Rev out maybe Jan of next year. 2 months after the 360 and maybe 3 or 4 months before the PS3.

Q4 means the fourth Quarter of the year. Q1, 2 and 3 is the same (Q1 is the first 3 months, Q2 is the 3 after it, Q3 is the next 3 and Q4 is the last 3 of the year).

I really don't remember any of the mini games and I played all the ones on the N64 and 1 or 2 on the GC.

I have been a member of Nintendo Power since teh 90's and I am N-Sider and usually call Nintendo all the time XD

So it is time to expand my Nintendo Wrath to PC :D

New topic: What do you guys think the graphical capabilities of the Revolution will be? I think it will be as good, if not better, as the PS3. Or at least thats what i hope.

I think it will be good. I don't know if it will be as good as the PS3 since Nintendo does tend to spend more time on the game play then the graphics of the game/system. But I wouldn't be shocked if it was as good as the PS3 (but that KillZone demo is hard to beat). I know it will be better then the 360 and that's good enough for me (being second is better then being last). But we'll see when Nintendo shows a game. It will most likely be Mario 128 to show the stuff it can do with the controller the system etc. I hope they show something other then Mario 128 for graphical power. Because we all know Mario games don't show the graphics of a system. You need something like the PS3's KillZone where you have "people" in the game. A short guy with a red hat, blue overalls and a big nose isn't really something you can say "WOW check out them graphics!", no offence to Mario and Mario fans. But we need something like a Resident Evil game to show the graphics (since Resident Evil made like 4 or 5 games just for the GC, and Resident Evil 4 is one of the biggest hit games, if I remember right it beat out Halo 2).

I was watching G4 today and they had a recap of E3 (I can't remember the name of the show). And they counted down the top 10 things at E3 they liked the best. I think the new Legend of Zelda game got 4th place, the 360 got 3rd place. And the 1st and 2nd they didn't want to pick (because it was a tie) so they asked people what they liked better. The PS3 or the Revolution. Well as we all know most people liked the PS3 better, but the Revolution got 2nd. So I think it would have took 1st if Nintendo told more about it and showed games that's going to be the Revolution etc. I beat out the 360 and we know very little about it.
 
Huh, not bad. I?ll take 2nd place any day. Then again, after that horrible Microsoft show, it would be embarrassing to be beat by the 360. and that show (I believe) is the Filter: e3 edition (I wanted to see it but forgot about it XD )
 
Yea I think it was Filter. I myself was kind of shocked that Revolution got 2nd. Most game shows and game sites brush Nintendo off as a kiddie system. And we don't know much about the Revolution. So I didn't think it would get high, but it ended up in 2nd.
 
actually, g4 is very good in saying that the kiddie-Nintendo is just a untrue bias. they often give Nintendo fair ratings, and always tend to show the more mature side of Nintendo. I have been very pleased with them.
 
Yea from what I seen from G4 is they are fair with Nintendo.
But I was talking about a whole. I mean if you go you a gaming message board or some of board like IGN/GameSpot etc. Their Nintendo forums have less posts and threads and you get people calling Nintendo kiddie etc. The least everyone can do is play it before saying that.

What does everyone think of Nintendogs and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess?

I was reading up on Nintendogs and it looks ok. You'll be able to do all kinds of tricks and stuff. But I think it might get old quick.

I need Twilight Princess. I need a new game that doesn't have levels. Where you get to point A to point B and the level is over. I need a Legend of Zelda game or a Final Fantay/Kingdom Hearts game because they don't have levels and I love them games. And this next LoZ game looks great and might blow away all them people that dislikes the GC.
 
I dunno about Nintendogs. I never have been a big dog fan. My sis, on the other hand, has been drooling over that game (no one in the world likes dogs more than her). I'm with you - it may be a really cool game, but i'll stick with Final Fantasy. Speaking of that if you want a sweet game (as if you haven't heard about it enough from me XD ) go with FF:CC DS. It is gonna be a sweet MMORPG, as that was its only downfall on the GCN.
 
Well, at my school, most kids like XBox and PS2 better than GameCube. I have PS2 and GameCube, but I like GameCube better, because you can link from your game boy advance to your GameCube. And even if the XBox and PS2 have more games, it doesn't mean they're better. If there are 2000 GameCube games and 3000 PS2 games, GameCube can still be better. I understand if some people like the other systems better, but I like Mario games, while some people enjoy Crash games, or Halo games, just my opinion.

As for the Nintendo having kiddie games, that's not true. They already said something about that in one their magizines. Some people think Nintendo has kiddie games, because it is known for Donkey Kong, Mario, and Link. Halo is XBox's big game, and Grand Theft Auto is PS2's big game. I don't know if I'm right, that's just what I think.

Nintendo also works on 3 systems at once: GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DS, And Nintendo GameCube. While Sony works on 2, and XBox works on 1. So if you added those systems together, they would probably have more games.

Can someone please tell me about some the Nintendo Revolution's games?

And I think they said they will have a Metroid game, a Legend of Zelda game and a new Super Smash Bros game (the next SSB will be online and it will be a starting title for the N-Revolution).

I've heard about Mario 128. It's very interesting: If you do 64+64, it equals 128! Yay, new Super Smash Brothers! I never have gotten it a Legend of Zelda game, but I know they are fun. I hate Metroid Prime, it's so stupid, all you do is roam around wondering what the heck you do next! I only bothered getting the first, which I played only once.
 
boy o boy, just got back from flaming out some n00b who was calling all DS owners idiots. Sorry about that, but he honestly deserved it. he had no idea what he was talking about. But anyways, i'm not into FFIII as much, as the i was EXTREMELY disappointed by FFI and II: Dawn of Souls. Mayb FFIII will be better. However, if this little remake trend continues....we could see FFVII on the DS!!!!!!!! That would be sweet. Yeah, i can't wait for FF:CC. Maybe we could start our own PC caravan XD

Are you talking about Final Fantasy? I have never played one of those games. They sound good, but I don't know. I thought there was like 13 of them, guess I was wrong.
 
yeah, but Crystal Chronicles was kinda a side story...it had nothing to do with the series but it was made by the company and was built like an MMORPG, which is why i am so happy that it will be online.
