Probably because I grew up near enough to emo social circles yet distanced enough from said circles to not really see them as edgy from either inside or out, haha.

anyway, I enjoyed mirai nikki for how crazy yuno was and how stupid the whole thing was. It got weirder towards the end what with multiple worlds and stuff but i somehow enjoyed the insanity lol.

Reading it weekly was pretty fun. Anime was garbage though. I did like Yuno's voice actress a lot, did a great job.

anyway, some realisations about things that I knew but hit me just now -
OP and HxH will probably end by the time I have kids of my own.
Naruto's ACTUALLY gonna end sometime in the next few years.
There's still no end to Gintama in sight.

I'd read the manga, but I just gotten into another LN so meh.

I tried getting into the Mahouka LN but it didn't click for me. I'll just pick up the anime and see how that goes.

Yea, sure, Lappy, think again.
Mahou Sensou is not about school setting, it's just secondary, Mahouka has school setting as primary (in the arcs that will be adapted into anime 'cause I don't see more than first 4 volumes animated considering how detailed everything is).

I don't know a thing about Mahouka apart from the fact that Satoshi Ookami is literally obsessed with it and that it is being done by madhouse (good visuals) and apparently has LiSA do some music (loved some of her songs in the past). Looking forward to it.

And I just finished watching the Baragaki/Thorny Arc in Gintama. Dayumm, Nobume is a goddamn badass. And Sasaki's sword+gun combo was amazing to see. Plus Gintoki declared he was Shiroyasha lmao. A good arc. Not quite up there with the best but good nonetheless.

But yea, I am. It was the first Light Novel that I actually started reading.
I've been reading bits of other LNs before but never got anything started for reals so it shows how Mahouka appealed to me =)
You can read manga, it covers the first 2 volumes (Enrollment arc) and it shows enough epicness of Mahouka =) In fact, I started with it before going on LN =D
But seriously, with that voice cast and Madhouse, there's nothing that can go wrong. =D

Btw aside from LiSA, ELISA is singing the ending, imo those 2 and May'n are the most prominent singers (without being seiyuus like Tamura Yukari) so it shows that the series is hold in high regards =)

Sorry, all I saw was the boring character design, the fact it is is based on a light novel and that it centers around magic. Those 3 things have not mixed well for me in the past, reading up a little it might well be worth a look.

As for LiSa, pretty generic sounding pop act to me. Not bad by nay means, I liked the Gen'ei op in fact but not something I'd download. My J-Pop listening pretty much only conists of Yui, Nana Mizuki and (insert catchy op from toon I happen to be watching at that moment).

Am probably most hyped for Captain Earth, Filler Steps (boku no nadal), Ping Pong, Jojo and that edgy looking yuri show with the character designs that looked like they've been ripped out of somebodies DA account. There's also that dumo show bot the geezer that wrote A♥♥♥♥a no Joe which might be good. Most other things I'll just give an ep or two like usual.

LiSA did the Fate Zero OP, I remembered. I loved that song. Actually, I dout I have listened to any other songs of hers haha. But Oath Sign sounded great.

The shows that I'm excited to watch are Mahouka, new FSN (ufotable animation) and JoJo right now. Also, I'm actually gonna watch both SAO2 and FT too. :p I pray to god that gintama returns sometime this year, though. Announcement of next season will have me on cloud nine!!!

Still waiting for that No Game No Life adaptation. Though it'll probably get not as good coverge as it only covers 2 volumes worth of content or so. Oh well.

Maybe going to try that Football, Whistle ripoff?

Had forgotten about that new FSN. Well, it will be worth watching if it has FSN Rider in it.

That Glasslip thing is probably my most anticipated show for summer, that and new Sailor Moon. Then we have Symphogear 3, new LOTGH, Hanamonogatari and the new Sengoku Basara series without dates. Also new Psycho Piss, wonder if I'll ever watch season 1.
