    After obtaining a Zorua from one of the former Seven Sages, you can encounter Pokemon N released in the wild. They will have a special animation when you encounter them, so you probably won't miss them. Instead of the text saying wild <Pokemon> appeared! It will say wild <Pokemon> appeared?! These Pokemon can never be shiny, and have set IVs. They will always have N's ID number as well. You can obtain 14 of N's Pokemon in the wild.

    What did you think of this concept? Did you capture N's Pokemon? I did do this, yes, and I thought this was a cool concept. I wish they'd bring this back at some point? Imagine how many Pokemon in the wild used to belong to another trainer.
     
    I got the Zorua, who I used on my team. :) I remember that when I first saw the green effect, I didn't know what it was and assumed that it always happened when you sent out a Zoroark without it being under an illusion. Haha.
     
    Pretty sure you can't just find them, you have to unlock them by connecting a BW game with a B2W2 game, if memory serves me right.

    All you need to do is take N's Zorua from one of the Seven Sages, actually...
     
    According to Bulbapedia, you need Memory Link to be able to find N's Pokémon in the wild. Zorua is the only one of N's Pokémon that doesn't require Memory Link to obtain.

    In order to be able to encounter the Pokémon in the wild, you will need to see a flashback of N releasing his Pokémon in Chargestone Cave. I'm not sure which NPC you need to talk to in order to get that flashback though.

    You'll need to use Memory Link with a Black/White file in which you have beaten Ghetsis.

    I remember finding my first N pokémon and thinking it was a shiny because of the animation. Still, it almost felt like catching one :p
     
    After activating Memory Link, you need to talk to a Breeder(?) next to the PC of a Pokémon center (though I don't remember which one) and trigger a flashback sequence, after that, go to the areas in which you battled N in BW and the Pokémon he used can be found there
