You can make a thread in this forum with your stats/Pokémon you're raising! Here's mine for example. That would be considered your trainer card/stats. Each Pokémon is worth a certain number of points once you finish raising it, and you can use the points you accumulate to buy items or other Pokémon (the shop is here). It's really simple 👍
