Hi there Sushi-Chan! You actually need to get 10 posts before you can apply to obtain a Pokémon. I highly recommend visiting the Meet & Greet section to introduce yourself a bit first! :)

Conceptually, yes! The only thing is we, the VPP staff, decide if your Pokémon is shiny using a random number generator. You also need to let me know if you want a Gallade or a Gardevoir! :) But I can still get you started in the meantime:

Ralts @ 10
Hatch @ 25
Gardevoir @ Level 100: 185
Shiny: No
Points: 70
