Lol, I remember thinking that it's English name could be "Gumply" or "Gumplify" (amplify, and gump (which isn't even a word, LMAO). XD

Some name ideas: If there's more than one name idea it's separated with a "||"

Kumasyun - Flubear (Flu-bear)

Agirudaa - Aginda (Ajj-jinda) (Agility + a mix of Ninja) || Agilja (Ajill-ja) (Agile + "ja" from Ninja)

Buffalon - Biffro (Biff-fro) (Bison + Afro)

Baruchai - Vulkid (Vul-kid) From Vulture and kid....I don't think this guys name needs to be too complicated.

Furiijio - Furiceo (Fure-ice-c-o) Pretty basic....I can tell the name is based on fury....and the pokemon itself seems pretty angry. So it seemed like a natural translation to me anyway.

Riguree - Uforay/Uforai (U-Forray) (UFO + Ray) (The ray part would allow Oobemu to have a name relating to beam too) || Ufogrey (U-fo-grey)

Ulgamoth - Solamoth (Solar + Moth) I'd prefer the name to stay the same but it probably won't

Maggyo - Maggyo (Maggyo simply must stay the same, please let another "Munna" happen)

Zurugga - Thugzard (Thug + Lizard) || Hippizard (Hip-pizard) (Hip + Lizard) (This could probably be more for it's evo though)

I tried not to go too mad, most of them seem rational. I'm not expecting any to be right though. :p

What do you think? My naming got a bit rubbish near the end with Zuruguu. XD

I wonder when they will reveal the rest of the English names, I mean they've still got till March but they're cutting it close considering they've still got 148 names to reveal, maybe they'll release them as the whole Pokédex.

Or like with the Japanese game many names (and with Japan many Pokemon themselves) won't be revealed until the game actually comes out. Or leastways officially - leaks do occur too.
 
more english names soon?

how about that BW tour starting in feb? We'll probably get the english names of, yorterri, minezumi, bel, cheren, the starting town, ect.

Kinda like how we saw new pokemon on the japanese tour.
 
I'm hoping Bel and Cheren keep their names. I've kinda grown towards those names.
 
Hmmm... Looking at Serebii, they released Kibago, Musharna and that bat thing after Minccino, Gigalith, Munna, Darmanitan, Sandile, Pidove, Blitzle and Klink so I guess those will be next... And they should reveal the Pokéshifter soon too, because the boxes seen at GameStop said that B/W were compatible with DPPtHGSS.

I think right now they're just revealing the pokemon names just to make people in the U.S who don't know much about the game curious about it. But soon enough, they will reveal some features about it.

They already revealed the Pokédex and the Random Matchup... so they did reveal some features. however, in jap. they revealed the random matchup after those pokes

but they most likely won't be real because the italian site revealed that the italian names of zorua and zoroark will be the same as the english ones.
 
I think it's incorrect because it says on the Italian pokemon website that Gigalith remains as Gigalith in Italian: https://www.pokemonblackwhite.com/it-it/

However in that list the Italian name is said to be Pressionalta....The same goes for all the other pokemon previously revealed too, they all keep the english names.

Agreeing that they're probably fake.

...well, Pignite and Emboar are ~expected~ the former they probably won't go ahead with, and Samurott is possible. Most of them make no sense to me. D; (Even less sense than what we already know of the English names XD;)

And "Joltik" and "Galvantula"? Ew no.

I should probably mention here that the Italian "names" are supposedly the species designation, ie. Gigalith the Compression Pokémon would be Gigalith the High Pressure Pokémon in Italian if this is real (if I'm recalling my rudimentary Italian right, that should be what "pressionalta" means, and why are they using the feminine form?), which I doubt.
 
I don't think we'll be finding out any more English names untill next month, say Mid February, or gradualy through Jan & Feb.
 
Some of those names seem a bit much......but maybe that's because I'm not used to them (or I guess unless they're confirmed I shouldn't)

Some are a bit of a mouthful...

Momomola will just have me garbling. :p A couple are nice though, Whimsicott is pretty neat.
