...

I hope that isn't the Koala >_____________>;

me too! i hate that idea.

Well it can't be real time otherwise you'd have to wait a quarter of the year plus until you can get the Pokemon you want, unless you change the clock on the DS, which would make the whole feature pointless.

A week is a bit quick to be honest; I'd probably say 2 weeks would be ideal, but it's fine to be honest.

Lots of people play through the game very fast (because they can do lots a day or whatever) and so a week is just right.

In 2 weeks you could easily be at the E4 in previous games. 1 week isn't too short but means you'll see atleast 2 seasons ;D.

I just was really hoping for real time seasons. I wouldn't care about waiting for Pokemon; I'm patient.

I was just thinking it'd add replay value to the games. Play it once in Summer, and you can restart later on, and play through in Winter... That type of thing. Plus, it'd be more realistic.

I always loved the real time seasons of Animal Crossing. It's hard to explain, because, other than with fish, bugs, and events, the season, date, and time don't really matter too much, it's still incredibly satisfying to see snow falling during winter. You'd have to play the game to truly understand.

It seems more like the Male and Female Trainers are 16. This is kinda pervy but the animation of the female trainer throwing the pokeball leads me to believe this.

Sorry I had to quote this because it made me

But your statement has truth in it. The girl is beautiful, too beautiful, but the short-shorts do make her look over 14 even. The way she throws the ball as well, I saw the vid and thought yikes, way too short. The boy would pass for 14 but after revising their looks, I agree with you on this one.

Whilst you can't go to sleep it's not realistic. (Or rather, don't HAVE to sleep)

Also, changing what a route looks like slightly is hardly giving more replayability.

The Koala may actually be the pokemon that the player is facing at a demo in this picture:

I hope the season being several weeks rumor is false too...

Would you rather wait 3 months or 1 week for a season to change?

Hm..maybe.

I wonder what the Pokemon you have is.

Theory: I think in taller grass you encounter two Pokemon at once. In a video it showed you walking around by yourself in very tall grass, then you encounter two of the evolution of Minezumi.

yeah that bandai figure looks grass and it is a bit similar to a koala...

Looks more like a monkey to me honestly.

Well we also saw the player facing a Mamepato and Minezumi at once early on in the game.

In one of the preview videos of the game (where I think that battle took place) you can see that tall grass and very tall grass seems to pop up on the same route sometimes.

Straight from PokeJungle:

These are the most believable I've seen in a loooooooong while and I wouldn't doubt them to be true. So read up but REMEMBER they remain unconfirmed :3 [Thanks Duh for pointing these out!]

  • Shikijika (normal) has forms based on seasons and the flower on top of its head differs from season to season. Listed in the rumor was a "withered" flower in the winter, while in Spring it has a large one. It was rather unspecific as to whether it has an evolution or not.
  • Moguryu is the "Mole Pokemon" and is Ground/Steel; weighs in at 18kg and stands .6m high. Its ability is called "Superhuman Scissors" (bad translation on my part, you've been forewarned)
  • Repeats the previous rumor about Mamanbou and Gigaiasu (types match other rumor) although poster does say he thinks Gigaiasu may have an evolution
  • Bakucho is Water/Flying type (swan we saw?) and has the ability "Water Explosion" . It weighs 14kg and stands 1.2m tall
  • Imomushiba is Bug/Grass type (mentioned before, its supposedly the worm we saw). When you first start a new game Cheren will show you how to catch Pokemon by battling it
  • Koaraggi is mentioned again, Grass type, koala appearance. Belly is apparently white and has black ears… back is bush-like (other rumor didn't have those details)
  • Pokemon Musicals replace contest (poster said he … enjoyed them). The Appeal stage lasts a minute and a half
  • Dento and Aloe work for the Pokemon Hotel (which we may have seen before in those leaked Yahoo! Kids images). Dento is a Waiter and Aloe is a cook. <--- OH GOD NO!
  • Dento will also give you a pass in which to compete in the Musicals after you meet him. I don't know if I translated this correctly but he seems to love Pokemon Musicals, but has a secret. The poster said "I think he needs to come out of the closet" LOL
  • N and Team Plasma have the same goal, but apparently N is not working in conjunction with the team

Wonder if these are real :3 Guess we'll know soon when CoroCoro leaks!! Remember NOT to treat these until fact until we get some proof to back it up with!!

I commented in BOLD.

Well considering her attire... I wouldn't be walking around with that apron on unless it was needed. It makes sense, though. I think it's something besides her status as the head of the restaurant that makes her important. Unless every minor character with a unique status gets their own vs. screen.

I figured the last bullet... and I like the idea of the deer Pokemon transforming depending on the seasons.

So the deer Pokemon is kind of like Shellos/Gastrodon of the region if that is true.

Not surprising. It's pattern resembles Gastrodon's body.

Complete Burn... that translation is funny. In enlish it's probably Incinerate or something similar. I can only agree with you... Sacred Fire is a specialty fire-type move, though I would think this one would have a different effect, being Gen 5 and all. Maybe it's an attack that hurts everyone on the battlefield, including the user, like a comet would as it destroys itself and blazes through the atmosphere.
