Dear the Trading Community

I plan on starting my Pokemon Pearl version over again, and I have all these EV trained pokemon that I don't want to go to waste. I can't check right now, but I know some of the pokemon I have on there are:
- Adamant Toxicroak; 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
- Adamant Swellow; 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
- Modest Espeon; 252 SpA, 252 Spd, 252 HP
- Adamant SHINY Leafeon; 252 Atk, 216 Spd, 40 Def
