That seems more likely, haha. Got so much to catch up on, and so much else is coming out...only really have time to watch favourites again every now and then.

But eh, I HAVE seen worse. Much worse.

So much animus so little time.

I hate summer. It's bloody 21 degrees outside and humid as all hell, and the rapeseed in the air is frequently making me feel awful. It needs to rain, and drop by about ten degrees at least.

Yeah, we always get these awkward starts in May before it gets cold again, and then it kicks off again around June/July for however long. Summer is a fleeting thing here.

I don't have any summer clothes...I just wear a layer less. I hate being exposed.

126

21 degrees here is like 40 degrees anywhere else...except maybe one of the poles.

I dunno how warm it is outside now...it's nice in here, though. We have a cold house.

I think Brits complain about heat so much because most of us don't have air con. My flat radiates heat for so long after the sun goes down.

This summer will go quickly though because of sporting events so it's all good.

Yep, no air conditioning here either. Plus, we hardly ever experience temperatures above the 20s. When it gets warm, we tend to feel it more readily. Or at least, I do.

I guess I don't mind it too much, because I can just stay indoors and I won't notice it. It's just the nights...I hate trying to sleep on hot nights.

132. Being close to the Atlantic probably make 20 C feel a lot warmer than they would where I am. Our ac isn't even considered for being turned on until it's over 25 c, and we often won't turn it on because the ac is expensive to run since it's a whole house unit. Well that and the compressor is broken so it wouldn't cool the house anyway.

Though the difference is probably down to acclimation as well. I'm used to the reacclimating every season while your climate is much more stable so you don't acclimate.

It's still hard to acclimate to 35 C and -25 C no matter who you are, though. It'd take probably half a year in each, really.
