I haven't really messed with watching Doctor Who since it's like a bazillion seasons long and starting means I'd have to marathon it. Oh and I'm not even gonna ask where to start; that seems to start an argument about the whole which doctor is better, ect ect ect. *sigh* So yeah. I'll have to start somewhere and move forward and decide myself.

Haven't watched it at all, myself. Not really sure how TV became so Sci-Fi/Fantasy oriented.

I mean, we live in a world where comic books are "cool", now. I don't get it. It's not that I don't want it, but when video games and more debatably anime are considered more niche and less substantial to modern society than comic books and their respective movies, things are not good.

Except you, Scott Pilgrim. You cover all the fields nicely. Respect all around.
 
457. Give it another 10 years for video games. Comic books have been around significantly longer in American culture than video games have. Besides, the books themselves are still very niche, while the characters are not due to over a decade of generally well made superhero movies.

WHat I have watched of Doctor Who was fun, but there's been more episodes and content with the 4 most recent Doctors since the reboot 10 years ago than there were for the first 8 over the previous 50 years.

Sounds to me like the action per Doctor has intensified. :3

Anyways there's a lot of content to absorb so it's lower on my to watch list...I have trouble enough with getting 'choked' on shorter series. As of now I'm following 4 TV series on Hulu which I'm 'Choked' on. Only one is "Pending" new release of episodes on Hulu; the rest are considered "Complete" or "Rewatch". 2 are actively being watched. Everything I'm following on Netflix is 'Choked' sadly, and that's some six or seven shows. Sadly it's difficult to ever pin down what it is for a show that really put me off; only that some do, and that sometimes they lose steam and I drop them. Unfortunately with Netflix it's rarely updated with new content.

Doctor Who rather loved over here too. I don't follow it intensely but if I catch an episode while scrolling through channels, I'm sure to watch it :P There are people here who love it though, and want me to watch the entire thing. Ain't nobody got time for that.
 
462. My parents like doctor who, and I've enjoyed the eps I watched, but I don't much about it otherwise ^^

But I've been thinking about watching Doctor Who... But never got around to it.
