and the colourings aren't that bad either. The jpg turns me off though, although i know that wasn't your fault.

I really like the first one on the right. You did a great job on the lighting. However, the text isn't positioned very well. Personally, I don't like the text being cut off that much but everyone has their own opinions.
My favorite is DEFINITELY the 3rd down on the left. You did a great job blending in the render by making the background abstract and a somewhat similar color scheme. Can't wait to see more.

I would put Gummy & I in the same league, but Ezzo is miles ahead of me :/

And I may consider a tut after I finish whoring this style, although most of my new tags involve a truck load of adjustment layers so yeah :/
