The Fortune above is one that my Sister has actually received in the past.

Fortune Cookies are.. interesting. In them contains a 'fortune', in which can be advice, a quote, something silly, or perhaps it trying to actually 'tell the future'. Whatever it is, to some people they can be fun to read, whist others simply just forget about the fortune and eat the cookie itself. So, I propose the following questions:

Do you eat the Cookie? Or do you just read the Fortune (Or perhaps Vice versa). Or do you do both?
What was your favorite/best/unique "Fortune" you've received?

I myself simply just read the fortune. I don't really like the cookie all too much, but I do enjoy seeing what the "amazing" cookie had given me. As for my best fortune... I would think it would be when the fortune cookie pretty much told me to get a new wardrobe while I was with my friends, and while driving back home my sister called telling me that we were going to go shopping for clothes that Sunday. Interesting, ne?

I eat the fortune cookie and read the fortune. In my family, we add 'in bed' or 'in (someone's) pants' to our fortune.
Keeping that in mind, the best one I've gotten is 'You will soon have an exciting adventure'.

I just read the fortune, more interested in the fortune than the cookie even though I am not a super superstitious person. XD My wierdest fortune would have probably been the devastating time of when one said: "One member of your precious group, will go to a precious place."

When I eat a fortune cookie, I read the text, then eat the cookie. I used to leave the cookie behind. I don't remember a favorite fortune I received.

I'm worried about eating the cookie due to my allergies, so I usually just read the fortune. It's been quite a long time since I last had a fortune cookie, so I don't recall any particularly memorable ones.

I always read the fortune then eat the cookie, but I never leave one or the other out. xD My favorite is probably the one that said "if you chase two rabbits, both will escape," which I thought was a pretty cool thing to remember.

I eat the cookie first. I love those tasty things. Then I read the fortune and add "with cheese" to the end of it. It's not always as good as "in bed" but it's still fun.

I can't remember any really good ones, but one I had recently went something like "Someone will soon recognize your accomplishments in bed with cheese."

I eat the cookie and read the fortune. While the cookies are quite tasty, I don't eat any sort of asian food, so it's exceedingly rare for me to come upon fortune cookies. As such, I honestly don't remember any fortunes I've had (let alone my favorite one) since I can't even remember the last time I had a fortune cookie.

I usually eat them. They're kinda dry and not the most flavorful things in the world, but they're okay.

I suppose the weirdest fortune I've ever gotten (actually, it was my dad's cookie, but whatever) was, "You just ate Chinese food".

I think fortune cookies are terrible tasting so I never eat them. As for reading the fortunes that's my favorite thing to do when it comes to getting Chinese food. I've had my fair share of great ones, but I don't remember any.

The one I got yesterday wasn't really a fortune. It read:

"People who are late are often happier than those who wait for them."

Which is funny since I'm late for practically everything, and I'm not particularly fond of that...

But yeah, I eat the cookie. They're pretty good. :)
