"oops why did I do that"

Nothing too severe. Mixed up two Pokemon quite a bit in a recent playthrough (Clothes the Noctowl and Blanket the Articuno). Could have been the random name, partially. Likely had the same sprite, on top of being similar materials (depending on whether you see it as a blanket of snow or not, anyways).

Occasionally forgets to teach a TM move for a gym or something. Almost Wonder Traded away a shiny once, in Generation 6. Hit the Power button before it went through.

Oh, and most of that first Nuzlocke run. Lost at least one Pokemon while training. Went in underleveled slightly sometimes. Tried to save one Pokemon, which cost way more than one death.

The thing that definitely stands out is accidentally using up my Master Ball on a random Abomasnow I found in Sword instead of an Ultra Ball and regretting it afterwards.

I've been searching for a few Pokemon with 1% encounter rates and ran away once I found them because I was so used to running from everything else until I found them. Though thankfully I'm beyond terrified of accidentally running from a shiny, so that's yet to happen to me.

- I transferred up the 3 Regis from White 2 to Y before catching the Regigigas in Twist Mountain. (Although now it works in my favor since I'm shiny hunting that Regigigas, but it taunted me for years)
- One of the first Pokemon I raised to level 100 was a Krookodile in White 2. A few minutes later, I released it for no reason.
- I needed a Kings Rock to evolve a Slowking in Sun. Wild Hariyama have a 5% chance to hold them, so I went looking for Hariyama. Apparently it can only be found in 2 ambush encounters in the Poni Wilds. Took forever to find one holding it (it only has a 30% chance to appear in those 2 encounters) and when I finally did, my Thief mon was already holding an item and couldn't steal it. Finally got the Kings Rock from a Hariyama the next day, just to realize that I could've bought one with BP at the Battle Tree. I wasted a day doing this ;-;
-My only shiny fail was a shiny Stufful in a SOS chain. I used False Swipe on the shiny and the non-shiny used Brutal Swing (which targets everyone, including allies) and knocked out the shiny. I did continue the chain and found another shiny which I did actually catch.
