Diversity is almost an issue for every regional dex, B2W2 and XY are not sharing this problem with the other games as the Unova sequels got 300 Pokémon and there is a total of 457 Pokémon for all three Kalos regional Pokédex.
The Hoenn region is unfortunately still lacking of diversity despite the addition of certain evolutionary families. For example, let's take a look at the initial battles with the Hoenn Elite Fours.
So here's the discussion...
Do you think they should have added more non-Hoenn natives to the Hoenn region Pokédex to increase the diversity issue or should they stick to the original as possible?
Which Pokémon they should add to the Hoenn rosters?
Let's discuss!

- Glacia has 2 Froslass, 2 Glalie and a Walrein.
- Phoebe has 1 Dusclops, 2 Banette, a Dusknoir* and a Sableye.
**The replacement of Dusclops for Dusknoir is a slight improvement from the originals. However, they still belong to the same evolutionary line** - Drake has an Altaria, one Kingdra, 2 Flygon and a Salamence.
**The replacement of Shelgon for Kingdra is a slight improvement from the originals. It might be a shout out to the Emerald version as well.**
