It looks a lot better than text categories, imo, and makes for a great way to quickly categorise the type of hack you want to find. I also second 'Nathan's question.

It looks better imo, easy and inviting to the eyes.

The former one's 'chemistry' was like those boring textbooks -- 7.8 Too much letters.

I think the colors blend well personally although it definately uses alot of css its easier on the eyes than most styles what chemistry did the forum have before exactly?

Well this certainly went nowhere in a hurry. lol

Hmm... Prolly it's just too new and you aren't used to it? XD

I'm not sure if it's possible, they can add a setting to turn off those colorful tags? In a similar way how sigs and avatars can be switched off? But then and again, I know nothing about coding. :P I personally love those colorful tags as I've been expecting them to be forum-wide long ago when the other sections first had it.

I speak for many besides myself when I say that a minimalist design looks best. I know you all want your pretty colours and gradients, and I'm not really saying 'get rid of those,' but for those of us (largely speaking of guests and lurkers here) there should at least be the option to disable some of the more...

eye-grabbing parts of that. Those things dominate the page for my eyes and I don't like that. I want to read, not look at bars, thank you.

Since I did speak of guests I really think it's worth a shot to make those sorts of things something you enable. It really shouldn't be too much trouble.

the function is like 12 hours old
perhaps wait a bit
don't really catch your drift here. do you want me to bring it up later, and what would that change, or...?
