Hey everyone, it's Friday again and that means it's QueUp time! We'll be officially starting at 7:30pm UK time (that's 2 hours 30 minutes from now).

From this session moving forward, we are going to be incorporating themes into the QueUp sessions. These aren't mandatory, just something to spice up the room a little. Just to see how things go, the themes this week will each be 2 hours long and will start from the beginning time mentioned above. This week's themes are:
  • Music from the 70s
  • Music from the 90s
  • Music from the 00s
  • Music from the 80s

Hey everyone, it's Friday again and that means it's QueUp time! We'll be officially starting at 8:00pm UK time (that's 30 minutes from now). It will officially run for a maximum of 12 hours, but you are more than welcome to stay afterwards, should you wish to do so.

As it is the Get-Together currently, I will advise there may be more activity than usual and as a result there will be a non-mandatory theme, being artists, songs or bands which feature one of the following colours in their name:
  • Black
  • Red
  • Blue
  • Green
  • Yellow/Gold

QueUp will be going live at 20:00 UTC+1!!! We're in the back end of the GT, so we'll be doing the same as last time and following the theme of the Olympic Rings, so artists/songs whose name contain one of the following:
- Black
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Yellow/Gold

Also just so you know, at 22:00 UTC+1 we'll be jamming out to our finalist's playlists for the DJ Battles GT event! This does mean the queue will be closed for a little bit whilst this happens.

Hi everyone - it's Friday and that means it's QueUp time! Just a few things:

As previously mentioned, we are including a non-mandatory theme once more. This one you simply follow a letter of the alphabet, picking artists/songs who start with the letter. The catch is that the hosts will be giving you your letter! You can obviously switch and once you've run out of stuff to queue, feel free to change the letter or just go back to queuing whatever, no problem our end!

The song length limit has been put back up to 8 minutes, which is what it is supposed to have been the whole time.

I am also going to let you know that moving forward, unless specified otherwise we are going to be having an opening and closing time of the QueUp room. This is primarily focusing on the closing side of things, because we want an E&M moderator present at all times and currently as it is myself and Starlight hosting these, it's not feasible or even healthy at times to be staying around for as long as we do to host these every single week.

Sessions will start at 19:00 UTC+1 (so today's will be 45 minutes from now) and finish at 02:00 UTC+1 the following day, so 7 hours in total. Again, it may be that we specify different times, or events might happen meaning those times are different. Sometimes we may look to be open a little longer, we just don't want it to be a regular thing hosting these for as long as the can go on.

Therefore we ask if you can please respect this by not joining until then and leaving when the time comes (because of when this is posted, won't shout at anyone coming in early today). This is something that we can enforce, but it would involve essentially stripping ranks right back which we don't feel we need to do and we don't want to do it because we use them somewhat as a little title of recognition for regulars and the such. If you want to continue using QueUp after we close up shop, you can always make a room of your own to use.

This week's QueUp session will begin in just over an hour at 8pm UK time and finish somewhere around 3am unless a QueUp host decides otherwise.

The optional theme this week is: Pokémon types! Think along the lines of artists and song titles with any of the 18 typings such as fire, fairy, dark etc etc in them.

Sadly I won't be able to make it to QueUp tomorrow night as I have a prior engagement, so I just want to say have a ton of fun everyone! <3

If for any reason Arcaneum or gimmepie can't host tomorrow then I can host on Sat 17th so there will still be a session this weekend either way 😊

For this week's theme, all you'll need to do is pick songs by artists from the country you are from (or if you don't want to share that information, which is completely understandable, then just pick any country!)

I'll advise that of course you can make rooms to be in before/after (@Alex_Among_Foxes for example has one, so feel free to contact them about details!), although we do remind y'all that these aren't to be treated as 'official' PC rooms in any way, thank you!

Hey everyone, it's Friday and that means it's QueUp day! We're back to our normal scheduling this week, so the room will be open in 1hr 40 minutes from now (19:00/7:00pm UTC+1)

As always, we'll let you know if this extends.

This week's theme will be ALL things Metal! That includes any metal songs, but ALSO any songs that have something to do with metals in their name! So example, both of these songs are valid:

Still Remains - Stay Captive (a METALcore song)
twentyonepilots - House of GOLD (Gold = precious METAL)

As always, the theme is not mandatory!

However, I got back a bit earlier than intended and thought I'd just hold a session if people wanted to come and hang anyway, no themes or anything! I'll just have it open until I go to sleep, so feel free to come hang out :)
