I know it's mostly Minecraft, but I was in a rush, sorry. xD I would have done more but, y'know, only one day left. :x

I know it's not very clear how I died 5 times in MC, my version's really old. I hope you can make it out! First I killed by spiders, then drowned, then a creeper blew me up, then a zombie ate my brains, then I fell to my death lol.

Remember though, only two achievements per game.
