PC WiFi Tournament

58) ~Swish~ - Has gotten to Round 2 in Tournament #5, Round 2 of the Doubles Side-Tourney, and Round 2 of the UU Side-Tourney

I got my own position :shocked:

Seems I'm the Round 3 virgin though :( Need to change that!

Oh, and now I've updated it some more. I just went through random pages in this thread, adding the profile links to the names. Though as you can see, I'm still not done. XD

But Bly DX and Bass DX are now one person, as are Matt-O and Mo Man. I've also updated reaper121's name. So this linkage idea is working. =D

Haha, the list is finally complete! :D

The last name change that I managed to hunt down was Forci Stikane's, XD. Now, if I had just had a look in his signature, I would have known he had been Ichapokemr in Tournament #1. But of course, I didn't. XDDD

Wont it be better to put quaterfinalist/semifinalist as it sounds better than round 3/4/5, but only doing this when they actually reached the top 8+.
btw i was runnber up on the uber side tourney :P change it A17

well i guess when i move up to the top 5 u can have 10 volknerXD

He actually can't, because the Quarter-finals and Semi-finals were different rounds in each tournament. In the first tourney, the second round was the Quarter-Finals, while in the most recent bracket the 4th or 5th round was the Quarters. O_o

XD lol, thanks Dewey! Well I'm sure you'll do awesome in this next tournament, I hope we get to battle at some point somewhere.

By the way, folks, I've taken Bill's PC tourney ranking to make points for the Official Overall Tournament Rankings list, which also includes your results in the Whirl Cup Tournament (soon to make it's comeback-next week I'll repost it) and the Extreme Speed Open.

There's going to be two separate ranking lists:

1) Your rank compared to how you did in all 3 tournaments OVERALL. This means points are added for every PC Wifi Tourney, every Whirl Cup and every ESO you've participated in. These points do not change, they just keep getting bigger! :P

2) Your CURRENT rank compared to how well you've done in the tournaments that have just finished. So for instance, the PC Tournament #7 that just finished will be how many points you have on this list. This also goes for the current Whirl Cup (the one that finished in the end of February, junoliv won that one), and the previous ESO (not the one currently going on-though those points will replace the previous one as soon as it finishes in the next 2 weeks!)

With the system, the top eight battlers who gather the most points from the day I post the rankings and onward will be invited to compete in the PokéCommunity Championships at the end of the year in December. We'll be developing how that one works, but I think this'll be great for active battlers to get their heads in the game!

In addition, this Rankings thread is going to be stickied! :P The thread will be called "The Stadium Showcase" and will also feature a newly revised PC Wifi Ladder and a new Hall of Fame (sorry guys, but we're starting the Hall over again to be fair, so remember when it's posted to go check in and vote for your favorite friends!)

Hopefully tonight, Dewey. We're having trouble finding a mod on to stick the big ol' thread we've got planned. We're also both at school/work/have exams coming up, so we've been kinda busy.

But with any luck, when Volkner gets some from work tonight, we can FINALLY post it.

Lol no, it isn't starting tonight. Were we just talking about the tournament rankings / hall of fame / wifi ladder that we're going to be posting. =P

Well everyone, we've successfully posted the new sticky ;D It's currently got the new PC Wifi Ladder and the new Hall of Fame (sorry guys, we had to reset the Hall of Fame in fairness to everyone-get voting! Make sure you read the rules, as there are specifics you need to follow. For instance, a nomination has to be detailed or specific, not just "Jas_66 is a gud battlr!" -_- )

Anyway, also remember not to look for Ladder matches in the thread, those posts will be deleted. Look for matches anywhere else, including in tournaments, then report the results in the Hall of Fame sticky (as long as you and your opponent agreed to the match.)

As for the Tournament Rankings, I haven't posted them just yet, but as soon as my two finals are done this week I'll finish them up.
 
Why doesn't my name show up in the Tournament Rankings? I know I've only been in one tournament, (and lost in the first round) but I am still planning to enter this one, and will be entering future tournaments.

I think the minimum requirement to get on the list is to get to round two, if I'm not mistaken, since everyone at the bottom has only gotten that far. :O
