personal responsibility

how faithful are you to keeping yourself responsible, whether it be not indulging in bad habits or taking appropriate measures if you have stepped out of line? the degree of responsibility is entirely up to interpretation on your end

i can't keep my motivation to go to the Gym, and to eat healthy. i dread becoming unhealthy or gaining weight, yet i do nothing to prevent this from happening. otherwise i shoulder a lot more responsability than i should in various aspects of my life

accountability and taking responsibility for one's actions is the only way to improve as a human. it bothers me greatly when people blatantly ignore their responsibilities, or try to pass off their mistakes as someone (or something) else's fault. i always try to recognize my responsibility and hold myself accountable when something goes wrong, however Im sure there are instances when embarrassment gets the better of me and I try to ignore my responsibility as a means of coping.

I always take responsibility for my actions, but irresponsible habits are what messes me up. Mainly concerning my horrendous sleep schedule, having close to 0 willpower when it comes to college work, and lack of self-discipline in general. But I never place the blame on anyone else when I mess up, so I do have that going for me.

Well, I'm used to everything being my fault, so I guess there's no real issue there. I just keep out of the way so I don't do it again. Most of the time that's what people want anyway, so I'd say I was fairly good at taking responsibility for my actions there.

On some things that relate to me alone, I'm not great at keeping myself in check...I have a lot of bad habits that are making my life difficult, but they've built up over years, so undoing them is a daunting prospect. I'm working on it.
