6th Gen Pikachu Giveaway for Japan

A Pikachu event will be distribued in Japan on June 15, 2014. It will be distributed at Aeon Malls and Aeon Stores. It will be announced by Pokemon Get TV on June 1 during the episode.

The Pikachu will be holding a Ribbon which will prevent GTS trades. One Pikachu per game.

For those in Japan, that's good to hear- usually distribution Pikachu have something special about them, so I wonder if that'll be the case here, too. And since this news only really applies to X/Y, I'm going to move this thread over to their forum for you, seeing as Pokemon General doesn't deal with game specific topics.

I'm hoping it has some kind of special move(s). Surf or Fly would be nice since you can't transfer Surfing Pikachu and Flying Pikachu into Gen 5 to transfer it to Gen 6.

This. I was transferring a bunch of my Pokemon a couple days ago and didn't end up transferring my Surfing and Flying Pikachus since I didn't want to delete the HMs off of them. :( They were pretty fun just because the moves were illegal but totally legit at the same time. I hope it's something like that!

Even if this is a Japanese-only event, I'm hoping it might have something special like Surf or Fly in the moveset due to what was mentioned here, the HM moves making next-generation transfer impossible. Still, it's a shame it can't be GTS traded like most other events.
