    Seals are small stickers that can be attached to Ball Capsules, which can in turn be attached to Poké Balls, to attain special effects when a Pokémon comes out of them, instead of the usual flash of light. They are kept in a Seal Case.

    Did you ever find use for these seals? Why or why not? If you did use them, which were your favorites?
     
    I kind of miss them. It was a neat little feature that you could use to say 'up yours' to your opponent before dueling them, and give off a cool themed ball for your Fire or Electric types. There were some bubbles and some smoke in there too. I just space out on some of them sometimes and forget that they were on offer. Sometimes I forget to assign them to Pokémon ohohohoho!
     
    They need to come back oh my god! I think that they were a great little addition that added customization to the game! I can't quite remember what my favourite one was though but there was a hell of a lot of good ones
     
    I only used them for contests, mostly. If banking them with seals wasn't an issue I'd of used them a lot more. I'd love to see this upgraded in remakes someday.

    I'm not 100% sure they actually do, but I always thought it had *some* positive affect on the outcome. Nothing I can find points to them being anything more then for show, but having them at all might do something regardless of what ones they are.
    Can't hurt at least to have some if trying to win a contest.
     
    Hmmm... I don't think they have any effect on the outcome of contests. At least I really can't find anything on the matter and I'm really curious to find out. I've only ever used them in-game. I always used the really cute ones like the hearts. If I do remember correctly, doesn't Flint and Volkner have one on their Magmortar and Electivire respectivly?
     
    Hmm... well, we might not have any concrete evidence regarding the seals, but that doesn't mean we can't hope, I suppose!
