There is a bug in the Orange Islands where sometimes, when the woman teleports you, the player starts going up and down eternally, with the same place you tried to teleport from. It's happened to me two times already, and only in the Orange Islands.

I've just started playing the rom hack and i get to the first fight with nidoran and the screen goes black the music still plays but i can't do anything thinking that it may have been somthing i did wrong with the patching i deleted it reinstalled it and patched it again with the same issue happaning once more any help for what is going on

Make sure you're apply the Beta 15.4 patch over a clean v1.0 ROM of Pokémon Fire Red. v1.1 ROMs are no good.

What GBA emulator are you trying to use to play the hack? VBA Link 1.7.2 or VBA Link 1.8.0 are the suggested ones to use.

Twilightmenu++ on the 3ds would that have an effect on the rom i havent had an issue like that with any other rom

It could, yeah. This ROM Hack is pretty... hacky. It doesn't work all too well in many GBA Emulators out there, and compatibility with anything that is not VBA 1.7.2 or 1.8.0 is not guaranteed.

I really want to play the game but everytime I patch it and go to play it on my emulator it doesn't show up. I've used the same emulator and patching app for other roms and they work good why not this one?

Beats me. Patching and playing the game is super easy. I linked a guide in the main post teaching how to patch and providing links to 2 different patchers for .ups patches.
If NUPS Patcher doesn't work for you, then try the web-based ROM Patcher JS instead (again, linked in the guide on how to patch in the main post).
If that doesn't work, then you're probably not apply Red Chapter's Beta 15.4 .ups patch over a clean v1.0 ROM of Pokémon Fire Red.

I've finished the Ill Omen bonus chapter after the silph co story but when I revisit cinnabar mansion I can't find anything to do with the Doctor O bonus chapter that apparently exists according to the bonus chapter starting guide. Is this a mistake in the guide or have I simply just missed something? I can't find that chapter on YouTube either

I'm able to trigger it in my current savefile, and I'm at the Orange Islands.
Maybe try again after the events in Cerulean Cave, Viridian Forest or Viridian City's Gyn.

Also when entering the saffron city pokecenter at night (tried at 11pm and 0:00) the secret of joy event doesn't trigger (after finishing silph co). Is this a bug?

It's been a long time since I last played that one, but as far as I remember, I started it during day time.

The creator doesn't come here anymore, but yeah, the hack is currently in development and, unless Aethestode decides to leave for good or says the opposite, the planned regions are still within the plans for the final release.

Red will keep being the MC of Red Chapter, and that's the only hack Aethestode works on.

Blue and Green are. Blue and Green were cancelled (and the Blue/Green Tale Bonus Chapters you see in Red Chapter are some sort of hommage to them).
Aethestode also made a Yellow Chapter, but he eventually stopped working on it.
The only Gold Chapter that was posted in this community wasn't his. It was made by user Zero.4, but he eventually stopped working on it.

It's worth mentioning that user c067912881 (aka C067) is currently working on his own Yellow Chapter, which has its own space within Red Chapter's Discord.

It's not normal, but the daycare IS buggy as it was stated many times in this thread, so there's that.

Honestly, I would just restart the game from my last savefile and instead of picking it up, forget that the daycare exists in this hack at all.
Having a Bad Egg on the Pokémon Storage System is a risk I wouldn't want to deal with.
