FireRed hack: Pokémon Adventure - Red Chapter NEW BETA + EXPANSION

Hello, so i've been wondering because i cannot proceed to cissy's trial, whenever i talk to her she just says "i don't have anything to say to you" something like that, and if i talk to officer jenny on the north side which is the one who's guarding the door, she always says that i still have some time and comeback later? What should i do to proceed?
