Pokémon Special isn't the best of mangas, oh no (DB is better, for example) but if you like Pokémon and think the anime is silly, it's a nice change, especially in the Johto and Yellow chapters, where the story strides away more or less completely from the games.

I've never really got into the Manga, is it worth it?
 
Games = Lugia (I think).

Anime = Mew/Mewtwo.

Yeah, if you're not suuuper mucho into manga, because if you are, you might despise this... I'm not sure how good it's rating as a common manga really is. I really like it though, this is the best Pokémon universe, the one Satoshi Tajiri once said was the one most alike the Pokémon universe he'd originally imagined when he 'invented' pokémon. Or so I've heard ^^

But these off-topics come all by themselves... they usually do... hm. I'm gonna do some maths now.

I never thought Lugia was the strongest one... is it used frequently in competitive battling? Of the non-legendaries... well, I have no clue. I'm actually about to leave pokémon. Haven't done a single pokémony thing in weeks. No gaming, no manga, no anime... just PC. For the lovely atmosphere here, and for you guys, of course ^^

Well, apart of the anime that I watch when I have nothing better to do, I also haven't done anything pokémony (is that a new word :P ?)
Then again, I did start reading some of that manga...
ok so maybe I did something pokémony :P hehe

I was getting sick of PC for the last couple of days, I dunno why...

Isn't there an event to get Arceus? Or hasn't that event occurred officially yet?
 
Don't ask me about Nintendo events. I have never had one near enough to me to be able to get there =[
 
Me neither. People think ice bears (or is it called polar bears?) wander our streets up here..... and they don't.

Speaking of which, why isn't there a Polar bear Pokémon? I'd love one. Pure Ice type, or Ice/steel or Ice/fighting.
 
I think the closest we got to a bear was an Ursaning, but you can always expect a polar bear in the next gen.

about the event, it will probably happen with the release of the next (japanese) movie, how else will they bribe get the fans to watch the movie.
 
Gosh........ another generation. Honestly, they can't make more than 100 new pokémon by now. It's getting silly.
Perhaps if they brought back the original pokémon designers... then we'd maybe have some decent-looking legendaries again. (legendary dogs <3)
