Ninetales has 9 tales, Arcanine doesn't. Easy. ;D

Ninetales has high special stats, no?
Arcanine has pretty high attack stats. Your choice :)
 
Huh? Arcanine has 100 Base SAtk, while Ninetales only has 81. The only advantage that Ninetales has is 5 extra Base Speed and access to Nasty Plot. Arcanine, on the other hand, can hit from both sides of the attack spectrum, and also has access to Extremespeed.

Electivire and magmortar

Magmortar is good in sp atk and ellectivire at attack . ninetales highest sp atk is 287 and arcanines is 328 but ninetales has more special def here is there highest stats

Arcanine

speed 317
hp 384

Ninetales
atk 276
def 273
sp atk 287
sp def 324
speed 328
hp 350

so by my calculations arcanine is better but train growlithe up to at least lv 50 before evolving to get best moves

cool i ve always preferd arcanine as i like his 2 signiture moves overheat and extreme speed.

so overall magtivire is best

oh yeh do u guys no where i can get a pic of my big magmortar thats in my sig thats shiny(purple).but i only want a shiny pic like my big 1

Then I'll train a Growlithe in Crystal... though, the best attacks aren't available in Metal gen, are they? Extremespeed?

And please tell me, anybody, WHERE can I find evo stones in Crystal? ^^" (never played it much..)
 
I believe you have to wait until you get to Cerluan City. You know, the guy that wants to see certain pokemon.

But if memory serves, there were some people who would give you stones when you get their phone numbers or something... gosh I miss crystal.. it was my fav game =)

I restarted my Crystal version a few days ago. It brings back so many memories. Silver was my favourite though, 'cause it was the first game I actually completed the PokèDex on.

By the Way, DarkChild, you know those question mark CSS-DIV tags you have? Can you PM 'em to me?

Do you guys think "Crystal" was a good name for the third game in what we refer to as the Metal generation? Shouldn't they've been calling it something else?
 
I never got Crystal actally... ;_;
I remember Mom called every single game store to see if they had it and none of em' did when it came out. I was so disappointed. ;_;

My mom refused to buy us a Gameboy until GBA came out. Then me and my brother added our money and made her buy one for us, but we had to pay for it ourselves ^^"

Ouch! My mom and dad got the family a Gameboy...and I mean a GAMEBOY when it first came out. Then like a week after Red and Blue came out, I got Blue and my sis got Red. Then When Yellow came out, I got that with the commemorative Yellow GBC. THEN when Silver and Gold came out I got BOTH for x-mas, I didn't get Crystal. I didn't get another game until LeafGreen...which I lost when I got Emerald. :(

Is crystal a metal? O.o Since when?? I thought a crystal was some kind of stone... or piece of glass or jewelry......

Snowflakes, Diamonds and common salt are common examples of crystals. Crystals can be made of any solid, including metal.
