How old where you when you started watching pokémon?

When I was ten or eleven, I believe. I forgot, it seems like such a long time ago. xD;

I stopped watching for awhile already, though. I've been too busy to watch it every weekend, and I'm not too enthusiastic to it now.
 
I was about.... 9? Back then, the Pokémon hyper-ness came to my school ^^
Everybody ran around with Pokémon TCG. EVERYBODY. Even the pretty girl gangs and the cool bullies. And of course everybody watched the anime. Brock was the coolest and Misty was the cutest. Ash was everybody's idol. Those were the days...

These aren't the days. So, a 5th generation coming up? Know anything about it yet?

5th gen? I think it's a bit early for that.. I'm not that excited about it since I haven't seen half of 4th gen yet.. I must be one of the small population of pokemon fans who haven't played Diamond. xD
 
I think it'll take a few year for new information on the 5th gen to arrive.

We'll have Platinum, then probably some remakes, a console game, more spinoffs, and one more movie. Then, on the next movie, they'll reveal a couple new Pokémon and that's when we'll get new information.

That has been the pattern for Pokémon since like... ever.
 
Deviruchi, nothing is predictable in the pokemon franchise.. I never heard of this "pattern" you speak of.

lol I'm kidding.. ya it's what usually happens..
 
My first game was Crystal, when I was 8-9 years old.
uhauahuahuah, now when I think of it, it's pretty funny: I didn't understand a thing in English back then and I was so incompetent that I didn't even know how to EXIT the house x]]
 
... It's soooo cute that Sam Smith is so young ^^

When I was about 7 years old or so, the Blue and Red versions came to my town. Only a handful of people had them, and were envied ^^ They all said Blue was much much better that Red :S

My first game was Blue and I got it when I was about 9 I think, after G/S/C came out since I was only into the anime and TCG at the time and clueless about the game. ^_^;
 
My first game was Yellow Version, yeahhh. I didn't notice the Red and Blue versions in my country, but the moment I saw Pikachu on the cover, I was pleading my parents to get it for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found the Yellow Mouse incredibly adorable, waddling around following you throughout the game <3

OMG i just turned 10. how does that make me young! im a big kid now!!!

and i wanted saphire even tho it was just like ruby xD. i stil got ruby somewhere

in the original box with all the stuff that came with it!!!

I haven't... and I don't want to have.
 
My first game was Blue...just about BEGGED my 'rents to buy it for me. Then my sis got Red a little while after. (I was jealous...)

I have only had one name you you can see it and I don't plan on changing it anytime soon...so that answers your question.

Never had.. You know, you gave me an idea. I'm changing my name to "Magikarp"
