-Congratulations on actually using a custom sprite for the mother. I'm tired of seeing G/S/C remakes that uses the FR/LG mom, even though in the original G/S/C, Red's mom and Gold's mom had different sprites. But anyways, good job :)
-Asking for daylight savings time is kinda stupid, and it's confusing to say yes or no. Why not just let us reset the time whenever we want? I know that you're trying to be as accurate to the original Crystal as possible, but asking for daylight savings time is just plain obsolete in today's age, where we can change the time of our smart phones whenever we want. Also this would allow flashcart users like me to play time-based events, such as the Bug Catching Contest.
-I hate the New Bark Town music you're using. I've heard it in so many G/S/C remakes. They're terrible remixes that hardly take advantage of the Sappy engine's capabilities. Although I saw that you mentioned earlier that it's being changed, so that's good.
-Elm's Lab remix is just plain terrible
-you should probably change the Emerald Match Call jingle to a remix of the PokeGear phone number jingle

-G/S/C had different trees for Kanto and Johto, but you're just using the FR/LG tree, just like every other G/S/C remake :/ But you've acknowledged that in the past, so it's good to know that it will get changed by the final.
-Congratulations on actually having a regional dex instead of giving us the National Dex, that's the first I've seen in a G/S/C remake. Good job :)
-Can't stand the regular battle music either. I hear it too much, and it doesn't sound very FR/LG-ish, all I hear is that stupid electric guitar instrument.
-Should the PokeManiac really be using the male Cooltrainer OW sprite? Knowing you, it was probably intentional, but they have no resemblance to each other whatsoever.
-In the original G/S/C, PokeManiac Isaac (Goldenrod Tunnel) had a Lickitung that specifically knew the move Cut. I'm pretty sure it doesn't know Cut in your hack, might want to fix that for accuracy.
-Goldenrod City music is great
-The very beginning of the evolution music sounds wonky
-The Town Map poster graphic that's inside of many houses is exactly the same as FR/LG, which is wrong because the map depicts the shape of Kanto
-In the original G/S/C, Psychic Greg (Route 37) had a Drowzee that specifically knew the moves Hypnosis and Dream Eater, hence his dialogue. In CrystalDust, he just has a regular Drowzee, so I would fix that just for accuracy.
-In the Burned Tower, would it really have been that hard to make the beasts actually jump around, instead of... "fly" around? It just looks really unprofessional.
-You really shouldn't be using the FR/LG Channler sprite for the Medium Trainer class, because they are two separate, distinct Trainer classes
-I encountered a wild Tentacool by WALKING behind the lighthouse
-unchanged 8-bit GBC tiles in the lighthouse... this is a joke, right? -_- Those 16-bit staircases look really out of place here.
