I don't remember precisely where it is, but I believe you get it around the time you get Koga's badge. It might be in the Safari Zone but it could be anywhere between Fuchsia and Victory Road.

The original creator abandoned the game and it was finished by hacksrepairman, a legend who completes nearly finished games. So nobody is going to be doing any more work on the game.

By now, I have already completed the playthrough. The TM for Shadow ball is in the graveyard tower.

This is such a great hack! First ever rom that I completed till the very end, and now I am planning to do a re-run! And while searching on the forum I found some QOL and B&W Menu patches (ips files to patch) that somehow did work with the rom.
Things like auto-decapitalisation on the naming screen after the first Alphabet, some menus overhaul, and hopefully the exp all patch that I'll only able to test once I receive it in the game!

This little experiment for personal use has made me hopeful that someone might release this rom with a few added qol changes (obviously with proper permissions from the original creator) and maybe do a CFRU engine version of it in the coming days, without changing the game a single bit, because it is great how it is. Just some features like:

- Infinite TMs
- Use HMs without teaching them as long as part pokemons knows to learn them
- Pressing L to throw and toggle through different Pokeballs
- Pressing R to quickly run from a wild battle
- Enable Autorun instead of always having to hold B
- and maybe… modern Exp Share all with an option to turn it on/off based on preference between the old/new exp share.

This is my wish list and secretly hoping someone who knows to code or build roms does make it in the near future 😄

In my version of the game, in Seafoam Island I can't make it to Articuno because the route seems to be corrupted and I don't know if that can be fixed somehow.
I'd like any help you guys can provide!

You are playing an older version. The latest patch fixes that issue.
 
If anyone is reading this, do not download the unofficial version made by Verloren 5, the one that says massive update 2022. Not only did he not ask permission from the original creator but he purposefully removed some pokémon in some areas that was added on purpose and were good changes, he's just doing as he pleases with someone else's rom hack, also his version has a game breaking bug where accessing a PC in a pokémon center freezes your game everytime you try to withdraw, deposit, or move pokemon, so his version is literally unplayable anyway. Just download the last update made in 2019, by Chaos Rush and hacksrepairman, the download is literally up there.
