6th Gen Pokémon Direct - 04/09/2013!

Just like both of you, I'm hoping for it not to be be a recap. It most likely will be, though, since revealing too many info could ruin the gameplay experience for some people. ): Anyway, I'll try my best to watch this show. If I forget to watch it, then I'll just read about it online when I get the chance.

I'm a 23 year-old (today - happy birthday to me!) high school teacher, and I can guarantee you that at 12PM during my lesson I will be telling all of the kids to stop what they are doing and put the Nintendo Direct up on the Interactive Whiteboard for all to see.

So hyped for this.​

I ain't even going to watch it. I'll just get a recap tomorrow after I get off work, since I got to go to work at 6 in the morning. With it being a Direct, it is possibly something at least medium is size, I don't expect much. I doubt it will be a recap though, don't think they would have a Direct for that.

I also thought of that...however I don't want to think about it...hopefully it's not but it's possible given all the news we know...heck the beginning of the thing could all be a summary and we may not get any news until the end...btw anyone know how long this direct will be?

@ Gecko I'm not a teacher yet but I would totally do that if there were news during class xD. I'll just tell them they have free time to chat...

That thought also crossed my mind today. Even if we're to get some major news tomorrow, I can still see them showing a recap of everything we know about X and Y thus far much like what they did with the first Nintendo Direct back in January showing Pokémon's history through the generations.
 
For those that live in Melbourne, Australia, the directs starts at 9pm AEST. :p
 
I don't care if it shows more Gameplay because I will no longer watch gameplay videos, I desperately want to see more new Pokemon D,: If not, then AT LEAST more information on the Fairy Type.
 
All the Nintendo directs since its debut have revealed new things. Maybe Pokemon news were recapped in a NINTENDO direct before (the January one? That had some real awesome reveals outside of Pokemon so it was great!), but this is a POKEMON Direct, so there will definitely be Pokemon news and reveals.

In fact, I'm 100% sure we'll get big news. Big. (More Mega Evo counts as big by the way!)

Especially if the Megas are the Kanto starters...if not all the starters!
 
I want one or more of the following revealed to be happy:
1. starter evos(dont care if it is the 1st or second evolution of the starters)
2. fossil pokemon
3. some of the story. not all of it. just enough to start speculations
4.gym leaders(n if one if a dark gym leader...welp. expect me to go wild with excitement)
5. At least a sillohuette of the elite 4 lol. dont want them revealed completely yet
6. a sillohuette of the evil team would be nice too
 
I'm surprised that I'm the only one who will be saying this, but what I'm looking forward to the most for Pokemon Direct is possible Pokemon-related news regarding Super Smash Bros. 4 such as Pokemon Trainer's reconfirmation or the return of Mewtwo similar to Luigi's confirmation from last month's Nintendo Direct for the Year of Luigi. If that doesn't happen, then I'll have to wait for the reveal when it's around XY's release date.

Other than that, I'm expecting info that we've already known from the demos at the Pokemon Game Show.

@ Fennekin. Yeah it is hard to sleep...only seven hours to go...will try to go to sleep now to wake up five minutes before the news starts...even set my alarm in case.

4 am... and I wake up at 6 am so I might not be able to watch it live. I'm hoping for starter information this time, it's the one thing that's bothering me so much and we're almost a month and a half towards the release date.

I'll probably check out what happened when I get back from school as this is at 12pm for me or might take a sneak peek at the news during my Business class.
