Would you mind being more specific? The only bans that get handed out are for using cheats. Bug reports are deleted if they are repeats or not in the proper format. I can guarantee you nobody has been banned in the server over anything that isn't bots spamming links, people admitting to using cheats, or people who consistently have been toxic. I meeeeaaan. Not gonna lie, but ya do get kinda clown shoes-y sometimes, like what happened when you tried hosting a tourney and swatted myself and some people for trying to get the proper verifications for it, like for dex/team comp and such. Heck, I remember getting server muted and having to go for help to sort the manner. This isn't a dig and I ain't mad at ya over it these days, but it was still kinda silly.
No it does not, and that's why I stopped playing this rom hack, the latest versions have several game breaking bugs ( infinite black screen, ... )
i had someone test it for me on an Omega, and they said it worked perfectly. i've heard good things about this hack, so why are you saying such things about devs, if you have no proof?
I wouldn't say that because that is untrue when it comes to playing on real hardware, as for the bugs I think some will be fixed in the coming patch.

You don't grind at all with the exp share. Sometimes you overlevel and have to turn it off
