Plot:
After defeating Red in Pokémon HeartGold / SoulSilver, Eusine asks for you to come with him to the Sevii Islands, since the remaining Legendary Beasts (Raikou and Entei) were spotted there, and there have been sightings of Team Rocket in the Sevii Islands, as well as rumors about Giovanni being back... Why is Team Rocket back again, and what could possibly be their business in the Sevii Islands?

Features:
-Mega Pokémon, as well as Gigantamax Megas and Custom megas (coming in the final version);
-Following Pokémon;
-Randomizer Mode;
-Pokégear with new features (storage, money bank, quest log, etc);
-To stay faithful to HGSS, only Gen 1-4 Pokémon are in the game, with no Fairy Type. TMs are now infinite use, however;
-Chapters instead of Gyms (since there are no gyms in the Sevii Islands). Currently there are 6 chapters playable, out of 8 planned, which consist of One to Five Island and a bit more. There are also some sidequests and 4 Legendary Pokémon to catch;
-Press "Shift" to speed up your game;
-Controls are fully customizable;
-Currently, there's around 6 hours of content;
-New and remixed music (and various sound effects, such as waterfall, lava, etc).

One Island, redownloaded and the music still isn't playing. Here's what the audio files related to the pokemon center and any other track with pokemon in their name look like when I extracted the game.

That's weird, it looks like the zip is messing up the names of the files with "é" in it.
What are you using to extract the files? You can try to see if there are options on how to extract the files with the program you're using. The file names should be in UTF-8.
 
The game has been updated to version 1.0.2, which fixes a couple of bugs. The download link is the same.
If you notice that after a battle, your Pokémon is no longer following you when it should, go to a Pokémon Center before proceeding to another area/part of the story, and warn me where that happens so I can fix it.

I hope I'm not troubling by requesting this, but if you can, could you please update a patch with the necessary files for 1.0.2 as downloading the whole game is pretty well, heavy from where I'm from.

I'm using Bandizip, I edited its settings to extract in UTF-8, even renamed the files to have the accented e in Pokémon and the One Island Pokémon Center still has no music
 
Hey man do you intend to add grindless QoL like perfect IV, nature change, disable EVs etc. That would be a great help to do stream challenges with my friends.

Just extract all of those files into the Data folder, and hit 'Replace'!

That is weird... I use WinRAR always, and it works like a charm every time. Maybe try using that as well? Also, the song file for the Pokémon Center is called "S - Pokémon Center.mp3".
If issues persist, try renaming by hand all (they're not that many) files in Audio\BGM and Audio\ME that appear like that weird "PokN on" to "Pokémon", and make sure to copy this -> "é" <- from this post (sometimes different keyboards can have different key codes... you never know, but I know for sure mine's correct). Also, remember to check if the folder Graphics\Pictures\Contest\Pokémon is indeed called "Pokémon" and not "PokN on" as well.

Sorry, but I don't really intend to do those things 😅 What's in the game for changing those things is mostly the standard stuff by Gen. 4/5. You can't change natures or IVs, but for abilities there's Ability Capsules and for EVs there's Vitamins and Berries.

Hey, figured out the issue, turns out it was because of my locale settings. I usually have it set to Japanese (which really doesn't like accented E's for some reason) because I'm too lazy to use Locale Emulator for a few games I have on my system like Touhou Puppet Dance Performance that need a Japanese Locale to run or extract. Sorry for any unnecessary stress this may have caused.
