EDIT: I've found the problem, and went ahead and fixed the trainers in the green rooms. Seems their names didn't quite match the definitions. I'll have that out in the next version once I do some more combing through of the game.

I remember one in the pokemon tour who as the same problem.
 
Can't encounter wild pokemon at all. Immediate crash. Something to do with overworld encounters.
