The TM compatibility is extremely off. My Shinx/Luxio cannot learn Shock Wave, Turtwig/Grotle cannot learn Giga Drain despite it being apart of their level up set, and Croagunk could not learn Focus Punch, but could learn Giga Drain?
This isn't the hack's fault, these tm compatibilities are from the original games, look them up

About the HackA long time ago, I was working on a hack called Pokémon Star Red. It was the first overhaul hack I ever worked on, and looking at the game its pretty obvious. Later on the game got cancelled for many reasons, and for a long time, I haven't started anything related to overhaul hacking. At the time I just started Pokémon Black Advance, another cancelled romhack, that I actually restarted recently as Pokémon Black Redux. After cancelling Black Advance, I started making concepts from the "ashes" of Star Red. I started working on an unnamed hack which was a reboot to Star Red. This hack never got released... After starting Black Redux, I found this "concept hack" hidden on my computer and took a few things from it and reworked it to be able to start something...Something new and better. After finishing the base of this new game, I decided to call it the "unnamed hack"s beta name, Pokémon Saiph. So technically this is a double reboot, a reboot of a long lost cancelled game's re imagination.
Story
Warning! Contains heavy spoilers for Pokemon Rangers Shadows of Almia
Spoiler:The game takes place some years after the events of Pokémon Rangers Shadows of Almia. After the Shadow Crystal getting purified, scientists found a way to use its energy as a resource. Almia's citizens feared the crystal and wanted it to be as far from them as possible, so the government sold it to Hoenn because of the distance between to two regions. The Old Mauville was renovated as a Power Plant for the Crystal and its energy was inherited there. Things were going great and peacefully. One day, the Old Mauville has exploded, and started to spread huge waves of radiation. The Crystal was moved to a hidden laboratory in Colen and was protected as a Top Secret weapon. The entire West Hoenn had to be evacuated, including your home town, Littleroot Town. These people were moved to the Colen Region, a region relatively close to Hoenn. 10 years later you can have a Pokémon and start your own journey, as you explore the great world, you bump into Team Void, a mysterious criminal organization that has some sort of a connection to the long "lost" Shadow Crystal. When Darkrai's rampage was stopped people who stuck in the shadow Pokémon's void were sealed inside the Shadow Crystal. The evil organization will try to steal the crystal to find Shenow's lost father inside the crystal, and use it to rule everything with Darkrai. You'll need to stop their plan and bring peace back to Colen, and probably the entire world! Maybe doing what the rangers did back in 2008 will solve this chaos as well...

Notes (For the Full Game)
Spoiler:
- The game's art direction is intentionally like this, the reason why I didn't give buildings outlines is because I think that a look like that gives more depth to the environment (I'm mentioning this because some very nice people thought that the reason why it looks how it looks is out of incompetence)
- Due to technical reasons certain parts of the game haven't been corrected grammar wise.
- Apparently many people have claimed to bump into all kinds of bugs, crashes, glitches. I have made a quick run through my build and it didn't have any of the major issues reported already (also many people haven't encountered them either).
So I have made research about the situation and causes.
1. Different roms
Maybe different 1.0 roms cause these glitches as patching happens. I can't really do much about it, since there are many sources for Fire Red roms and I can't go over all of them one by one.
(For example I can't play Light platinum since the rom I patched it to makes it crash at the first trainer)
2.Patching
I patched the game using NUPS. Maybe different patchers patch the file differently, and ends up corrupting the rom. To be more technical its possible those patchers don't patch the entire file, just like how LIPS has a size limitation for patch files.(Here I mostly talk about android patchers.)
3.Emulators
Emulators work differently. In some situations roms can be unplayable on certain software (the 3ds vc for example)
The game was mostly tested on vba so its possible that certain emulators (mostly android) can't run the game properly.
Even if I could it wouldn't be optimal to rewrite the coding for each emulator.
The problem could also come from the mixes of these points.
During testing many testers used android but didn't encounter many of the presented issues, however its also important that they obtained a base rom version and not a patch or a prepatched rom.
I could try releasing a more stable build (which doesn't have grammar fixed, however its not guaranteed that it wouldn't have similar problems)
For now I suggest patching the game with NUPS (on pc) and playing it on vba (since the 'different rom' issue is still present polishment isn't guaranteed)
- The game works the best with VBA, (VisualBoyAdvance) a PC gba emulator!
