Why not make ManBearPig catchable, I think it would be funny (and maybe after the player catches him have the player sick MBP on Al Gore)
Have SHP involved in the plot, I think it would be very funny
Make a portal to Imagination Land!

Here are screens of your Starter, well until I change how you get them, right now it's still the lab thing:

Yes, Darkrai comes with a Hm08 Dive, I did that so you could get Dive but at the same time I wanted to see if it would work.

Also Darkrai, Will start out with Night Shade and Psycho Boost, It'll know Psycho Boost because when you Battle the Rival's Cresselia Night Shade won't work.

Cutscenes in every new town with the south park family

Make SouthPark a Town! (Like the big one, The one with the huge mall i.e the city with erika in R/B/Y)

Speaking of that feature, it seems in your recent screens that the 'm' in 'HM' was lower-cased as well. You are aware that 'HM' is an abbreviation for Hidden Machine, right?

I know but when it's in an Item Name I want it to be Lowercased, But the actual word will be Normal, Hidden Machine etc.

Well, I replaced the RS Sprite with a South Park Emerald version When I battled an Emerald it showed up as the SP Sprite.

Cresselia will be catchable later in the game, I might make something like the Paul Chimchar thing in the Anime and you get your Rival's Cresselia, I don't know.

Towelie could be a Trainer with really crappy Pokémon since he's High all the time.

The only SP Characters I would make Pokémon... would be the Woodland Critters, that hail Satan.

By the way, hope this time you stick with the South Park style only, and don't go mixing too much stuff (like mixing characters from many animes), I think you will be fine just with the usual SP characters/stuff and your own characters SP-styled

There will some Characters, From Dragonball GT, about 2 from Death Note
and 1 From Naruto, and 1 From Fullmetal Alchemist. They will some will be super skilled Pokémon Trainers others will struggle.

But I will sneak a hidden reference to you zel, People will have to look out for it. Will zel be a trainer or Cameo, that's for you guys to Guess and me to already know.
