its not hard to make a starter pokemon script
and just because it has the same bug
doesnt make it stolen
i dont steal scripts

Updates:

Bad news :
My computer had a vrus in my rom hackin section
so i had to restart

I have inserted new tiles
the old ones were kinda dull in my eyes
But here they are :D enjoy!

And still need a music inserter and World map inserter

You don't need new tiles to make a ROM Hack. I use the tiles the game gives me and I'm not gonna change them even if you want me to. Also, I'm not really interested in your ROM Hacks, I just wanted to post that. Also you should improve the spelling in your posts.
The last thing I have to say is you don't need to make a third version to Pokemon HG/SS since:
1. Pokemon Heart Gold/ Soul Silver already have things from Pokemon Crystal.
2. Linkandzelda is making Liquid Crystal.

Don't spend so much time asking people what you should do with the second rival and stuff like that. Since this is a remake, there's going to be difficulties in being original, but you've discussed basically anything extra you're putting in, that wasn't in GSC. What I'm saying is...
You should figure that stuff out for yourself, don't just rely on others to tell you what they think you should do with it. Copying the scripts and such as they were in GSC won't be too hard, as... You can just copy them obviously. But, and I noticed this with Pokemon Lost Gold, too- you have a lot of practice to do, you need to get your creative juices flowing, rather than just saying "OK, features... Extra Rival, great. Now, who will it be? (I mean, Blaze... Really? Let's be honest, he has nothing to do with anything yet, has he?) Ok, now tell me where you fight him. Great, a Rival!".
Hacking is about creativity- for a hack to have any level of decency you need a bit of creativity. Since this is your second attempt at a remake (I'm pretty sure), I'm guessing you had problems with that- but that means you practice, don't just fire on ahead, post another thread and expect it to be good. Trust me, it wont work.
