FireRed hack: Pokémon Team Rocket Edition: Dragonsden Version - JOHTO RELEASE 30th APRIL

I absolutely love this hack! The plot is amazing, and I'm having a blast in my current play through. My only gripe would have to be with the quality of the English translation. I do hope the next update fixes plenty of typos and grammatical errors! Cheers!

To add to what SummitCrash said, in order to scale the waterfall, you'll need the HM for Waterfall, which you won't get until some point in Johto. Thus the need to wait for the finished Johto translation.
 
Silly question but where can we get mushrooms? Tried thief on parasects with no luck.

Not silly at all. :)

Believe it or not, Paras/Parasect are still the best source for them, as far as I know. (The Shroomish, Foongus, and Morelull lines are also traditionally know to have them, but I've no clue where those might be found or if they're accessible.)

My advice is to get yourself a Butterfree with the Ability Compound Eyes (via raising a Caterpie/Metapod). You could also find a Pokemon with Frisk, like the Gothita line (somewhere within Sevii) to make this process go even smoother.

Teach the Butterfree Thief and let it lead the party, then go to Mt. Moon and head to the mid-basement tunnel rooms. Those are 100% Paras encounters. (Entering Mt. Moon from Cerulean's side will automatically put you in one of these rooms.) With Compound Eyes, each encounter will hold a Tiny Mushroom 60% of the time and a Big Mushroom 20% of the time. You'll have to power through Paras' Effect Spore Ability, but this will be the easiest way to accumulate these items. It should go faster than it seems.

If you include the Frisk Pokemon, make sure your Butterfree/Pokemon with Compound Eyes is at the front of the party and fainted, with your Frisk Pokemon second in the party and knowing Thief. Simply use Thief when you see Frisk's message pop up and flee when you don't.

Oh! Don't forget that the Pokemon using Thief can't hold any items, or Thief will fail to steal; also be sure to remove each Mushroom as soon as you finish stealing it so you can continue to steal some more.

In addition to what Sun Moon said, wild Geodude hold them 5% of the time. With a Pokemon leading the partty with the Compound Eyes Ability, that increases to 20%.

I believe Rock Tunnel has the highest Geodude encounter chance.

(If you're patient, you can farm and sell these to make some money during the early-midgame. Everstones cost 30,000 Pokedollars, so they sell for half as much, equal to selling 3 Nuggets.)

Most learnsets are generally Gen 7, USUM. I think that Meowth learns Payday at Level 30 because of that.

However, Persian does not in those games. (Persian does in the Let's Go games, but not SM/USUM.) This means you'll have to hold off evolving Meowth until Level 30 when it does so

First one is part ways through Johto. That one's free. Later still in Johto, you can buy them for 2.5 million Pokedollars each. (One consideration is money-grinding in preparation for this.)
 
I'm stuck at the Silph co mission, I have talked to the employee at 6th floor but I'm not able to get the key card. Can you please help?

Did you fight the Tamer (I believe) on the 8th floor (I think) who directs you to the employee (albeit naming the wrong floor)?

Also, is the employee the one who's visibly scared, next to the woman who laments the cowardice of said employee?
 
They're testing the translation!!! I live in awe of the pace they're making for something free. I can't wait (in the tone of someone who doesn't want to be pushy and is more than prepared to wait but is very exited)!
