They're not sold as far as I know. But, you can add them to the marts inventory using A-Map and a script editor. Since he made them cost nothing, you'll have to buy them one at a time though.

how did you manage to fix the Pokedex Glitch on the gaining EXP from capturing a Pokemon

Where can I find info on what Pokemon have what abilities in this hack? I'm trying to gather some Zigzagoons with Pickup, but every one that I find either has Gluttony or Quick Feet.

If that's the case, he may have removed his initial ability Pickup. As far as I'm concerned, this hack was made back when Emerald didn't have access to a 3rd (Hidden) ability. I'm not even sure if that's happened in today's Emerald hacks. It is in Fire Red though.

LLCoolJ probably hasn't touched EX in a while. If one was updated, it would likely be Renev.

Every single time I try applying the patch, mGBA says the file is in the wrong format. When I double check on WinRAR, the file is corrupt. Not sure what to do
Edit: Got a little further but got some issues.
VBA - whenever I load the file I get a glitchy mess that looks like it's saying A in morse code.
mGBA - When the file is loaded, I get a split second of this weird brick looking thing.

I just use the prepatched rom from 2-27-17. It's worked perfectly for me, and you essentially skip the patching process.

Was it a double battle? Did that trainer use U-Turn? Also, LCCoolJ doesn't watch this thread any longer.

This game is dog shit, I got all the way to the end of Victory Road and the game keeps glitching and freezing so I can't progress. I was fine when the visual bugs popped up, I'm kinda fine with being insta paralyzed every time an opposing mon uses Bounce. But sinking 20 hours in this rom just to be for nothing is absolutely ridiculous. There's plenty of better Hoenn roms out there. 2/10

That item isn't in game. The ability you get in this hack is the one you're stuck with. Including natures and IV's.
Background:
It's been over a year since I really updated the original Theta Emerald, with only 650 Pokémon. Then I released an alpha of Theta Emerald EX...which I still hate to this day. I wanted to recreate the game, start from scratch, and start over. That's what I did, and now I can finally that the new Theta Emerald EX is officially released!
Features:
-721 Pokémon: Every Pokémon from Bulbasaur, all the way to Volcanion, is in this game, and they are all available to catch!
-600+ Moves: All moves (up to Gen VI) are in the game, and work as they do in Gen 6!
-Proper Physical/Special Split: I mean, why not?!
-100+ Abilities: All abilities (up to Gen VI) are in the game, and work as they do in Gen 6!
-Fairy-type: Fairy-type has been included, and given to their respective Pokémon and moves!
-New/Updated Items: There are battle ready items to collect, where they can be bought, or found on wild Pokémon!
-Item Pocket Extension: I couldn't find a better way to say it. The Main Items Pocket has been extended to hold 200+ Items!
-100+ REUSABLE TMs: How else can I describe it haha!
-Proper Mega Evolution/Primal Reversion: I hated the way Mega Evolutions were in the dumb alpha, so it works as intended now!
-Battle Frontier Updated: I did this for the fun of it. The Battle Frontier has no limits to which Pokémon you bring (You can use your Mega Rayquaza holding a Life Orb). But the Trainers there are allowed to use them as well ;)
-Running Indoors: Way more convenient, in my opinion.
-New Repel System: Instead of hunting through your bag for a Repel, the game will ask you if you want to use another one!
-Gain EXP from capturing a Pokémon: Now with no more Pokédex glitch!
-Deletable HMs: THANK GOD!
-Level 1 Eggs: No other way to describe this!
-New Battle Backgrounds: It makes it look a little more updated!
-Harder Difficulty (as of 2-5-2017): I've received complaints of the game being too easy, so the game has been adjusted accordingly.
-Level 250 (as of 2-5-2017): 7.8/10 too much level

This hack hasn't been worked on in years. You won't get a response from LC Cool J. Also, don't reply to the original post. It causes a lot of unnecessary scrolling. Just reply to a different post if necessary
