I have a problem. When I open the start menu the only menus availables are Missions and Exit. No Pokemon, bag, save, pokedex, options...

just press the left button

you can get charmander randomly in a egg taht you can buy in Magnolia town, and the megastone you can find it after geting strenght in cinder volcano in a hidden den

buy adm and go to ruin of void
enter ruin of void and exit following the stair and outside use rock climb down to secluded area which u can dive and u will came across another entrance

Unfortunately you can't get it if you skipped the cutscene on Crystal Peak due to a bug.
