Storyline
You are a Boy/Girl who lives in the Johto region. You live in Cherrygrove City with your grandpa, who used to be the guide man. You get up like it is a normal day. You go over to the meadow but the road is closed off. At this you think and go to Proffessor Elm's house to see what is up, but he has a big surprise for you…

well to be honest, this is almost the same thing as silver wing. johto/orange islands. it'd be better if you traveled to a new region

Thanks for all the good comments. Tbh I dont realy need any help, I want to be independant. And about the non originality I dont care because ornage Islands wasnt in any original game.

Ive had lots of homework and dont have my time on my pc. Most of this hack will be done at the weekends so don't be to worried in week.

I like the hack, and the idea, but if New Bark Town is to the right of Cherrygrove, and they blocked off the meadow to the right of Cherrygrove, then how do you get to Prof. Elm's lab? :o

This looks great! By the way, is it a different story or is it EXACTLY how the Johto one is? If it is, I think this should be called something with "Gold" in it, but that's just my opinion, it's your hack so it deserves to be called how you like it.

And I think that covers it... And I hope the Orange Islands come out OK, because I'd hate to see a poorly done version of it! (But so far, I've seen none.)

Okay.
I havent been on for about a week as my PC broke.
Sakura is one of the sisters in Johto (she has an umbreon).
Okay the plan is that new bark has been overgrown and that prof Elms lab is in the Basement of a house next door to yours.
I only have a ritchie sprite done as for the reason above.

It's looking good so far! The tiles look good and the story checks out. But I do have two suggestions for you. In the screenshot where the man says : "you're journey today! Have a Rare Candy!" If the word before "you're" is "begin" or something related to it, change "you're" to "your." It's not "begin you are journey," is it? And every letter in Rare Candy should be captialized. So it should read, "your journey today! Have a RARE CANDY!"

And regarding Cherrygrove City's houses, with a quick tile edit, you can make the palette originally assigned to Pewter's museum roof look great on the regular house's roof. It'll turn them pink and look more like the originals. Just a suggestion, looking good so far!

Your Richie sprite is good but try to take those marks off under his eyes.
