Hello everybody and welcome in the World of Pokémon Cloud White!

I'm Shogun, the developper of Pokémon Cloud White.
The story follow the original Fire red story but after that a new adventure will start for your hero across an amount of 5 regions!

The base rom is Fire red (E or U) 1.0.
The game developer is me, Shogun. My first Assistant is Ledxil.
The game was started in April 2015 with the name "Pokemon Fire Red 493" as a project name code.

Expand your rom isn't neccessary anymore!
For those using VBA, you have to change your save type before starting your FIRST Party.

Is the game finished?
In one hand, YES because You can finish the main storylines and complete your dex BUT in other hand, NO because I' haven't finished to fix a lot of bugs, I'm working on a new storylines with a new region, etc.


How do I patch the game?
1 - You need to use NUPS and a fire red clean rom (v.1.0 - 16Mb)only.
2 - Apply your patch and enjoy.

Can I use my old save if the game have been update?
Yes.
How to access to Mangan ?
Complete the Sevii story. After that, go to isle 6, more exactly in the north of the isle 6.

How to access to Johto ?
Complete the Mangan Story. Then talk to chen in Mangan city (Kairyu Tower) Then go to the west of Viridian City

I want to do a let's play or someting else with your rom, is it possible ?
Yes BUT you need to ask me the permission before.


Some trainers and peoples speak French, is it normal?
Yes it is. These new region are different part of the world with a different language. In game they talk about the "traditionnal language". In fact this is french ^^. With this I wanna do something more... immersive.

Drewko, I'm in medecine that's why i don't find the time to test this game but I've test it between the begining and the second badges and I don't see any bug for the moment
After that I have test all my script and they work so I can't say for the moment "I have test my game".

The names are only for the 9 first pokemon of the dex so you can easily change it in 1 or 2 min but I think is an exotism and a little signature cause I'm french hacker.
If you want to change this, just open G3T (not G3HS cause you need to change an offset)

The first time I was playing the rom I had found the same freeze just few second after recieved the dex. I have retry and the bug disappeared but thanks for the information.

I have test a lot of time the beginning of the game on gba4ios and VBA and I've never seen a freeze at this moment so retry and tell me if this problem reappear.

I Don't know why it still freezes every time I pick my starter. I've tried to patch it to different type of Fire Red roms none of them worked correctly. A little help please? I really like to play this game. It's Awesome!!

First tell me what is your emulator. The game is okay before the 5 gym (don't test after) on VBA and GBA4ios. next, the game freeze at a specific moment when you recieve you pokemon (during the script or just after,...). If you use one of these emulator, try to play with the default parameter of the emulator.
If he doesn't work try this last solution : start the game with a new rom (fire red (E) untouched) and save after the moment fo the bug. After that transfer you save to my rom fire red 493 (just rename your save) and load the save . logically you can't get any compatibility error cause the script are untouched in this part of the game.

okay have you tried all the solution i have told/ tell you? I think the "switching technic" can work.

I use VisualBoyAdvance Emulator version 1.8.0-beta3 and you use Vba-M the "M" isn't the same version for your information so try my emulator

I have change the ips in the link cause I had the first dlc* of the game.
New feature : Description and family of all the pokemon in the dex

* DLC or another name if you want cause you need to patch on a new rom but you can use your old save.

If this is what i think, then the only good solution is to give in first post information about the fact that this hack does not work with all emulators.

EDIT: Still nothing, it does not work. Save switching can be invalid option too, because of changed game mechanics... and it is annoying.

Save switching is dangerous if you have change some script and if some flags are set but I don't have touch the beginning of the game (just add the exp. share in held item by the starter)

His bug have been corrected so PM me if you have the same problem
