Time to blow minds,

I present to you Starbyrid

I am replacing the Hoenn dex with the Midamis region dex by "NeoRiceIsGood" so credits to him for the fakemon in game or "ricemon" as he calls it :P

This will have an evolution to "StarmaFly" whom I still have to insert.
