    I hate these games.

    The reason?

It just seems that Nintendo has strayed to far from the classic turn based RPG Poke'mon games. It just seems to diffrent.

Personaly, I'm not a man of change. I can't stand change and when something drastically changes it's hard to cope. And PKMN MD and PKMN Ranger were... ... ... not my thing...

    Discuss and Debate as needed.

I personally like PMD, the idea of being a Pokemon, as opposed to just training them, made a nice change to the usual trend of pokemon (i.e. catch pokemon, gym battles, become a pokemon master blah blah)

The plot was a tad far-fetched, being a human who has changed into a Pokemon, but on the same point, Pokemon's always been a little far-fetched (no puns about Farfetch'd, please)

Mind you, I can't comment on Ranger, haven't played it.

They are not meant to be compared to the original style. There are each their own mini franchise I think.

PMD is good, but ranger does suck. It's pointless, boring, and not challenging.

Yep. I didnt say they didnt suck because they both really do. They seem like, really easy for little kids who just want something with Pokemon on it.

    Insert random filler here.

PMD was good and I never got to play Ranger. I wouldn't buy it now because my touchscreen won't touch the place I touch or re-callibrate. You've got to be ready for change, I mean, who wants to be repetitive and do the same thing every game.

I liked the original Mistery Dungeon. It was something really new and the ploy was ok.
Now, with the second and third part, I think Nintendo did enough :/
And about Pokemon Ranger, YES IT SUCKS!!! The idea of rangers replacing trainers, the impossible "styler catcher" or whatever.. I know Pokeballs are impossible to create in the real world, but that Bayblade thing is way too to not-beliavable. Besides, the plot was very childish and easy...

Nintendo should make a GS Remake, not another Ranger or MD edition!!!

Ranger is okay, but it's not my cup of tea, personally.
But I prefer PMD over the main pokémon series. The storyline is much more involving and personal, and it's alot easier to get involved with the game.

PMD was more emotional, and had a whole new style of gameplay, which was very good (or bad, if you got into a 100 floor dungeon and got every single room huge and complicated...). So I actually got more involved with PMD than the main gameplay, and though the main games are fun, I can't wait until PMD 3.

i don't like playing those games either....and i cant stand change either
so technically i got bored of them before i even started it

I don't think you can really say anything foul about PKMN Rangers, cause it is played in the veiw of a PKMN Ranger (Duh) rather than a PKMN trainer.

As for PKMN MD, well, I don't like the fact that Nintendo strayed to far from something that made a little bit of sense (Its hard to say what I'm thinking) but the game isn't THAT bad. xD

    I have both games.
I don't like PMD2 cuz the Pokemon keep on killing me, and my items get lost, my money all gone... But the storyline is good.
Pokemon Ranger, on the other hand, is quite good. I already beat the game in 4-5 days, and I am STILL doing all the quests and stuff. :)

Oh well, we all have different thoughts, but for me, I like these spin-offs.
