Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team of Amidala [PG 14]

Sally

"Yay!" Lula then started to jump around and then ran into the badge room. Sally giggled a little and her tail started to wave gently. Then, Lula came back out with some kind of small box in her mouth. She put it down infront of Shell then said, This is for you Shell!" Shell then opened the box and started started to say THANKYOU allot of times before hugging the two. Lula then said YAY, like usual she was happy. "So what do we do now?" Shell asked, still smiling. "I'm going to check if my badge is fixed!" Lula almost immediately replied. She jumped up and down repeatedly. She then rushed into the badge room leaving the two alone once more. Sally walked over to Shell, "Welcome to Team Crystal Shell! And look, you'r badge sais Shell to remember it's you'r badge." Sally smiled at him calmly while telling him that.
 
Lula Winterbreeze

Lula kept watching Mike, "Are you done yet?" Lula asked, jumping up and down in a jolly tone. "Almost little Lula, give me five more minuet's. The problem wasn't to big." Mike replied. Lula stopped jumping and turned her head to the door, she could hear Sally saying to Shell something about a name on a badge. "Be right back." Lula said, quietly. She wen't over to the door and popped her head through a open part. "Yup!" she said, smiling. "Every pokemon's badge has there name on it, and so does you'rs! Yay!" Pointing out the obvious Lula continued, "You'r name really fits you! you know! It's so cute, and special i love th-"Lula got interrupted by Mike which had called her.

"Coming!" Lula said, looking back at the door. She looked back at Shell and said, "Now you get to see my badge!" Lula rushed in the badge room, she saw Mike with her badge in his hands. "All done, the transport chip had fried so i put a new one in." Mike smiled while giving the badge to Lula. "So that's why! Thanks Mike bff!" Lula hugged mike's leg and then ran back to the door but missed and hit the wall, "Im ok!" she said. Lula laughed nervously and walked out of the room. "Look Shell! This is my badge!" Still happy, Lula showed her badge to Shell. Smiling.
 
Lula went back inside the badge room for something else. Sally spoke up next. "Welcome to Team Crystal Shell! And look, your badge says Shell to remember it's you'r badge." Shell looked at his badge. Shell was in the name. He so hates that name, but he still feels nervous to give out his real name.

"I-it's nice." Just seeing that name made Yaibe feel sad. It's not a name he likes. Should he tell his new team his real name?

"Yup!" Yaib-I mean! Shell got startled suddenly. Oh, it was just Lula. Shell was panting a bit but regained his air. "Every pokemon's badge has their name on it, and so does yours! Yay!" Does he have to feel sad about his fake name. Actually, anybody who don't know Yaibe won't know his real name. That's good isn't it? "Your name really fits you! You know! It's so cute, and special i love th-" Shell blushed a bit. Did she really love his fake name? It's not a name he likes, but...er, maybe he should tell them his real name...later!

Lula was called back by someone. It sounded like a Machamp. "Now you get to see my badge!" Lula then ran off back inside the badge room. Ok, now.

"Sally..." He was a bit nervous. "M-my name's not Shell... It's Ya-Yaibe." That was hard on him, literally. "Could you tell Lula my real name...?" A sound was heard again. Apparently Lula hit the door, again.

"Im ok!" She's a bit clumsy. She walked up to Shell showing him something. "Look Shell! This is my badge!" Badge, name Lula. Another badge that looked cool.

"I like it." Is all he could say since he mentioned his real name to Sally. "W-We should head back now." He didn't want to see Lula's face when she found out his real name so he ran off back to base. He likes his name, but he is too shy to be known throughout the town, or even world. On his way he stopped to see a Sableye in front of the door of Team Crystal's base. Did he want something? "Um...c-can I help you?" He asked the Pokemon.
 
Snype sat there waiting for quite some time. The team must have been busy with something else to have delayed in answering their door. It wasn't his business though... oh wait... it was! Finally, someone answered the door wearing a badge and everything. He was part of the team for sure. Time to bring his lovable charm and sly talking into play.

"Gee took ya long enough! Sorry. Long walks get me agitated sometimes. Name's Snype. Pleasure to meet ya." Snype said quickly grabbing the Oshawott's hand and shaking it a few times and helping himself into the base. He observed his surroundings a bit as if looking for somebody. He scratched his chin for a moment and looked back at the Oshawott.

"Hey, do ya know where the leader is? I got a job for you and your team and I'm willing to pay handsomely if your up for the task..." Snype said.
 
Yurisa Hayabusa

Yuri walked back into the base. She had gotten some wierd looks from the townsfolk, but hey, why did she care? The young Flareon knew she couldn't put her kimono back on for a while, or it might burst into flames. Soon, Team Waterfall's leader and members came, and were surprised about Yuri's wings. Yuri didn't want to reveal her secret about being one with Moltres at the moment, so she slinked into her room.

As she retracted her wings, Yuri opened her drawer and pulled out her diary/art book. She drew a picture of her and Moltres next to each other, Yuri with her wings. The Flareon then drew a small picture of her old home. Yuri liked living in this town, but she missed her old home too. A tear dropped down her face. She closed the book, put on fire-resistent wing covers she had made for her Pidgeys friend, crawled into her bed, and fell asleep. Yuri was tired after everything that had happened.
 
Lula Winterbreeze

"I like it." Shell replied, he seemed a little down. But Lula decided not to ask, well not yet. "Thanks Shelly! Glad you think it's nice!" Lula then replied, still in a jolly tone. Lula looked into the Oshawott eye's, something was wrong. Lula was about to ask, "are you ok?" but Shell spoke first. "W-We should head back now." he said. Lula watched her new friend run off, "So." Lula said turning to look at Sally. "Let's see if my badge works!" She then took her badge and put it back on her, "Ok here goes!" Lula said. A little nervous yet happy Lula pressed on her badge, and immediately she disappeared in a blue tube of light and was now right behind Sally.

"Hmm, i always thought we teleported back near the main hallway." Lula walked over to Sally, she seemed kinda.... not like usual. Did something happen? "Hey Sally," Lula said. "Whats wrong? Why aren't you speaking." Lula didn't know what she was about to say, but she hoped it wasn't that she decided to kick Lula out because of her little badge problem. But Lula knew Sally to well, and besides the badge problem made the Team have a new, fun member. And also a new friend.
 
Sally

Smiling Sally looked at Shell, he seemed depressed, "Are you ok Shell?" Sally asked. "Sally..." He asked, "M-my name's not Shell... It's Ya-Yaibe." Sally's eye's opened with surprise. "But-" Sally got interrupted by a bang, Lula must have banged against the wall again. Sally then started to think in her thoughts. She remembered in her early days she had met a Team, called Team Venom. She had talked to on of there member's, the member promised that if she wanted to have a good rescue Team, Sally should bring her Team mates to her base. And make them stronger. Sally thought it would be a good opertunity for Lula to become stronger but... could she trust that member? Back in reality, Lula was staring at her and asked if she was alright. "Yea Lula, but... i need to tell you something.. about Shell." Sally sighed, "He lied about his name. It'\s not really Shell, it's Yaibe."
 
The Sableye turned to Yaibe. Looks like he took notice. "Gee took ya long enough! Sorry. Long walks get me agitated sometimes. Name's Snype. Pleasure to meet ya." He shook his hands a few times, which was a bit much for Yaibe. Was he here for help. Obviously, why else would he be here? "Hey, do ya know where the leader is? I got a job for you and your team and I'm willing to pay handsomely if your up for the task..." Yaibe thought for a moment.

I want my first mission to be special. Maybe... "I'm the leader! What's the mission? I can handle it alone." Quick to think apparently. "My team isn't here at the moment, but I can take the mission still."

Is this right? He wants to make his first mission special, but he's taking Sally's place in the team. If any of his new teammates found out, how would they react. They wouldn't trust him anymore, just like when he wouldn't tell them his real name. Tthis is just making him feel guilty. Maybe he should stop worrying & just go through with this. After all, how rough could the mission be?
 
Snype kind of twitched for a moment. Did he hear that right? This Oshawott was the leader? Offering to do the mission by himself? Snype couldn't help but Snicker... but that didn't help him one bit! He needed the whole team if this scouting mission of his was going to work. If the Oshawott went by himself and got himself killed then that would make the rest of the team more cautious, ruining Snype's chances of keeping a low profile with them. Snype figured that he may as well humor the kid just to see if he really was the leader of the group. By then the other members might end up coming back. If Snype ended up going only with Oshawott, he might end up having to step in and fight himself. He wanted to act fairly helpless for now.

"...Your... the leader huh?" Snype said, trying not to laugh. He wasn't impressed at all. He looked at his badge that had the name "Shell" on it. "So... uh... Shell. Think you can take on the task by yourself huh? It's a pretty dangerous mission... And I'm not sure if I want to put my life in the hands of a lone Oshawott..." Snype said with a small smirk.

"...Of course... Maybe your just that good! What do I know? I'm just the client after all, maybe your good enough to go through a dark cave filled with big vicious pokemon that could rip the average pokemon apart... but again, what do I know?" Snype said, adding a hint of sarcasm in the end. He was exagerating the whole big and vicious part. The path through the cave he planned to go through really wasn't all that bad but still fairly dangerous without a group.

"Where is your team anyways? I was looking forward to meeting them on my way here! I'd feel alot safer if everyone was here for the mission..." Snype said.
 
Lula Winterbreeze

Lula hated to see her friend like that, what came up while Lula was away for a minuet. Was it something she told Shell? "Yea Lula, but... i need to tell you something.. about Shell." Sally started. Her voice a little soft. "Yes?" Lula asked quietly, "He lied about his name. It's not really Shell, it's Yaibe." Lula's eye's widened. "No it'sot! he would have told me!" Lula wanted to know Sally was lying, but why would Shell lie about his name? "Would he?" Lula almost immediately said. She then sighed and walked away, not to sad though. But was Sell's name really Yaibe? "Atleast there's yay in his name." Lula frown turned into a smile, it wasn't so bad. Not like he lied about anything else. Like he's not a Oshawott.

Lula laughed for a while, then ran off to her room, not noticing Yaibe and Snype. She burst through her door making a Mudkip shape whole in it. Rolling on the ground a rock made Lula stop, "Dizy..." Lula shook her head then noticed the shape in the door. "Boy my room is getting damaged." But Lula didn't really care. She ran over to her bed and moved it so it would face forward, then added some more hay and straw to Yaibe's bed. Now both the pokemon's bed's were the same size and in the same angel. Lula sighed happily then rushed over to her shelf, and grabbed some leaves and some light blue paint.

Then, Lula put the paint brush in her mouth and dipped the tip in the blue paint, then started to write Yaibe on the leaf. Lula misspelled Yaibe, instead she wrote Yayb. Lula then put the Leaf on the Oshawott's bed, and threw herself onto her bed. "Yay!" she said, falling asleep.
 
"...Your... the leader huh?" Snype questioned. Would this even work?

"Y-yeah!" Yaibe was trying to act brave & not scared. This had to work, it just had to!

"So... uh... Shell. Think you can take on the task by yourself huh? It's a pretty dangerous mission... And I'm not sure if I want to put my life in the hands of a lone Oshawott..." That hurt a bit, but Yaibe stayed strong. "...Of course... Maybe your just that good! What do I know? I'm just the client after all, maybe your good enough to go through a dark cave filled with big vicious pokemon that could rip the average pokemon apart... but again, what do I know?"

"Don't worry! I can handle this mission on my own! I've handled missions alone without my team before!" Yaibe was trying to act all cool here, not showing any hint of being scared.

"Where is your team anyways? I was looking forward to meeting them on my way here! I'd feel alot safer if everyone was here for the mission..." Oh...that.

"Oh, w-well uh_" Suddenly Lula passed by & went inside the base. "Well, they all went off on their own missions for the day. I guess one of them already finished! A-Anyway, come on let's go! Tell me what the mission is & I'll finish it right away!" Yaibe tried pulling Snype away from the base so his plan wouldn't go out to his team.
 
Already Snype wasn't impressed with how things were going with this "team". If they were doing tasks separately as Shell had claimed then they probobly weren't very social with each other. That or the young Oshawott was trying to prove something. Snype didn't know and at this rate he didn't care. He was hungry! The mission would be easy anyways... he hoped. At least he'd learn about one of the team members. He noticed that shell was trying to pull him away from the base. If that wasn't a sign of suspicion, then Snype didn't know what was. Another girl passed by earlier as well... a mudkip. A team member? Snype decided to play along and began to speak as Shell continued pulling him away from the base.

"Well good to see your eager! It's a small request... there's a cave not too far from town that I usually go for a bit of lunch... problem is there's a bit more pokemon in there then I can handle by myself. That's where you come in. All you gotta do is escort me through the cave safely and take out as much pokemon as you can along the way. Easy right?" Snype said with a large grin on his face.
 
Was it working? Was Snype buying it? "Well good to see you're eager!" Yaibe will just take that as a yes. "It's a small request... There's a cave not too far from town that I usually go for a bit of lunch... problem is there's a bit more pokemon in there than I can handle by myself. That's where you come in. All you gotta do is escort me through the cave safely and take out as much pokemon as you can along the way. Easy right?" An escort mission? Sounded easy enough, but more Pokemon? Hopefully Yaibe could handle that.

This was it. All Yaibe had to do was lead Snype through the dungeon floors 'til he finds his lunch. This could work.

Yaibe turned to Snype with a determined face. Or was it awkward? Nope, definitely determined! "You can count on me!" What pep. "Lead me to this dungeon & I'll lead you to your lunch!" Yaibe waited for Snype to take the lead. Hopefully his teammates wouldn't find out about this.
 
Lula Winterbreeze

In Dream

Lula, again was in the white room. She sat down right in the center of the room, looking around casually as if she wasn't scared. "Lula..." Celebi's voice came again, except this time it seemed more farther away. "Yes?" She asked cursorily standing up. Lula remembered that the pokemon that called her name was Celebi, last time she had said something about lies in Team Crystal, did it start with Shell's real name being Yaibe? "Lula...." Again, the voice said Lula in the exact same tone. Lula then spotted a pure white light, "Go through the light.." Celebi said. Lula nodded a tiny bit then confidently walked through the light. When Lula opened her eye's she was back in town, all the pokemon from before was still cheering at her. What did she do? even though this was everything Lula ever dreamed of, she didn't feel as comfortable as she should be in a dream. "Where are you?" Lula shouted out, she looked all around at the pokemon. They didn't seem to care about what Lula was saying. "Celebi! Lula cried once again.

Then, suddenly time had stopped. All the pokemon around Lula froze and they all stayed quiet. All except Lula that is. "Celebi i know you'r here!" Lula shouted out, she began to become inpatient. Even though Celebi would appear infront of her now, she kept looking around for her. Then, Lula looked infront of her and a few meter's a saw a green ball of light energy came towards Lula, it stopped infront of her and then burst in green sparkles, a beautiful cry came and there appeared Celebi once all the sparkles faded away. Celebi opened her eyes and stared at Lula, smiling softly. "Celebi you came!" Lula was in joy, it was nice to see her old friend again. "It's good to see you again dear one." Celebi flew around Lula once, then wen't in the air. Lula raised her head to look at the little green creature, "Lula, do not panic dear one. But I have been to the futer and saw all of Team Crystal's fate, unluckily.... one must follow the path to the stars."

In shock, Lula immediately knew what that meant, "You mean!" Celebi nodded. "But how!" Lula was now scared, she didn't want that to happen to anyone! Especially her friends! "Lula listen, the Regie's will rise again, and they will destroy the Amidala region! Now unless you fight them." Could this dream be real? was all this really going to happen. "Wait what!" Cried Lula. Worried Lula panted hard. "What do we need to do!" Urgently, Celebi replied. "Team up with both other rescue teams. The one named after the legends. And set out for a journey to Amidala peak, but i warn you pokemon will stand in you'r way." Celebi knew what was going to happen, "Are you kidding! No body and i mean NO BODY ever found Amidala peak! And if anyone ever set out to find it, they never returned!" She shrieked in horror.
 
"Determined and Reliable! That's good in a leader!" Snype complimented, still keeping a large grin. He wasn't going to get much info out of this... but maybe if the kid got himself in trouble somewhere in the cave... if Snype turned out saving his life then the team would certainly owe him something! Snype had it all planned out. While the other team members would probably be rash and try to take them out immediately, Snype planned to take the slow and steady route. Overall, it would work out much better in the end. And with this plan, Team Viper would have a better advantage over the team.

"Just follow me. The cave isn't too far from here... just near the outskirts of town." Snype said as he began to trek off toward the cave he had mentioned. It had plenty of minerals and crystals for him to feed on. It would be enough to last him for a pretty long time.

"Limpid cave is what it's called. Has alot of crystals and minerals there to snack on. Alot of them are almost as clear as glass. You oughta see it at sunrise. The light going into the cave REALLY light things up! The nocturnal pokemon in there absolutely hate it and all gather in a darker part of the cave. Luckily we won't be heading there. That's where all the really big Pokemon gather." Snype said as he lead Shell toward said cave.

Asuming Shell followed, They finally arrived at Limpid Cave. It was just a matter of making a plan... if that was how Shell ran things of course. Didn't matter to Snype either way. He was only an escort.
 
Samantha Locket

Finally, Sam had caught the Nutty Squirrel. "Let me go!" The squirrel shouted, "Like." Sam replied. It seemed like Charlotte didn't notice Sam had gotten out, but she didn't care either. Sam walked back over to the prison cell and threw the Nutty squirrel in the Cell, making him fall in water. "Uh-oh." The Nutty squirrel's brown fur started to melt, and under it was a Pachirisu. "Nutty! You'r a Pachirisu! I thought you were just one of those non-pokemon squirrels!' In shock, Sam shook her head and shut the door closed. "Oh well, who cares. Atleast the mission is done." Walking over to the bad guy lounge Sam stared at Charlotte with a angry glare, she then gave a terrifying hissed. She ran over to Charlotte, knocking her off the BeanBag and nailing her to the cold ground of the base.

"Listen Lottie, if you EVER do that again i swear i will shred all you';r fur off! " Angry, Sam sprang back releasing Charlotte, hopefully the girl had been taught a lesson.

Lula Winterbreeze

In Dream

"Do not worry little Lula, I will watch you wherever you go. And meet you in every dream, i swear." Celebi's vowed, her voice sounded still as calm as before. "Okay." Replied Lula. Lula started to think of what Celebi has said, "Lula, do not panic dear one. But I have been to the futer and saw all of Team Crystal's fate, unluckily.... one must follow the path to the stars." That could mean Lula to, she was in team Crystal aswell. Lula looked around at her friends from Team Crystal, it could be Cherry, Sally, Yaibe, Kyon or even herself. Turning her gave back to Celebi, she didn't speak and neither did Celebi. She just stared at Lula while glowing and floating in the air. Then Lula started to remember what else Celebi said, "The Regie's will rise again, and they will destroy the Amidala region! Now unless you fight them. Team up with both other rescue teams. The one named after the legends. And set out for a journey to Amidala peak, but i warn you pokemon will stand in you'r way.

The riddle's weren't clear to Lula, which legend? What pokemon would stand in the way of trying to protect a region? And, the other thing Celebi had said: Lies have come upon Team Crystal. What kind of lies? Did it mean like how Yaibe had lied about his name? Did it maybe mean that one of her Team mates betrayed her? Lula had so many questions she wanted to ask Celebi, but she kept them in since Celebi started to speak once more. "I must go now dear one, take care.." Celebi was going to leave now, leaving Lula, once again alone. "Wait!" Lula cried, she didn't want her to leave. "Until next time my sweet.." Celebi calmly said, fading away in a green light again. Lula didn't shout back, she had to wait for her next dream, but how could she nap now? when she heard everything.

Lula decided not to wake up, she needed to rest as long as she could right now since she heard what Celebi had said. When Celebi dissapeared time started again, everyone was still cheering and didn't know Celebi had just finished.
 
Charlotte

Charlotte hadn't noticed Sam escaped, so she just kept relaxing. Then Sam came, she had escaped! "Sam!" she shouted, sitting up. Sam hissed at her and pinned Charlotte down on the floor. "Listen Lottie, if you EVER do that again i swear i will shred all you';r fur off! " Sam sounded very threatening. Charlotte gulped and nodded. "Okay." Sam let go at her but still scared. "Im sorry Sam, I just wanted to.... never mind."Charlotte sighed and seemed down, she walked past Sam making her pelt brush against Sam's, "If you want me i'll be on a mission. Charlotte walked away from Sam and over to the Bulletin Mission board, she took down a mission and read it, it said: 'Destroy a member of a rescue Team.' Charlotte laughed for a while, but quietly. This was a perfect mission to show Sam how strong she was, but of course she would have to not be caught and maybe train a bit more. But Charlotte didn't care, she let go of the mission and ran out the base, towards the town.

Sally

"No it'sot! he would have told me!" Seemed like Lula would take this seriously. "Would he?""Maybe.." Sally replied, but then Lula smiled and said" Atleast he's got yay in his name." Lula laughed and Sally giggled a little, waving her tail smoothly as Lula ran over Sally was glad Lula was fine with it. Besides, it was just a small lie. But they might need to change the name on his badge. Sally walked into the badge room and walked towards Mike, "Well hi there." he said to her. "Do you need anything Sally?" "Yes Mike, can you make another badge with the name 'Yaibe' on it?" Sally asked kindly, "Why of course." Mike set to work and started to make a new badge. Meanwhile Sally walked out of the room after a while of watching him and wen't in a secret passage way, which leaded to her room. Sally decided to check on Lula, she walked over to her room and saw a Mudkip shape in the door, "Well im not paying for that." Sally said, going through the shape. When Sally's ears popped back up she saw Lula sound asleep. "Id better not wake her.." She thought. "But where's She- I mean Yaibe?"
 
"Determined and Reliable! That's good in a leader!" What a nice compliment from a Sableye. Now Yaibe & Snype were headed to the dungeon they needed to go. "Just follow me. The cave isn't too far from here... just near the outskirts of town."

"Got it." This mission should be easy enough if it sounded like it. What pokemon will they encounter anyway?

"Limpid cave is what it's called. Has alot of crystals and minerals there to snack on. Alot of them are almost as clear as glass. You oughta see it at sunrise. The light going into the cave REALLY light things up! The nocturnal pokemon in there absolutely hate it and all gather in a darker part of the cave. Luckily we won't be heading there. That's where all the really big Pokemon gather." That sorta scared Yaibe a little. He sure wouldn't want to head straight to the dark place where all the bad pokemon gather. That would be too scary for Yaibe to handle.

"Heehee...y-yeah." He stuttered out, showing a bit of fearof what he heard. Of course, he thought about the light thing Snype said, during sunrise he mentioned. It must've been pretty if it happens during sunrise.

They finally arrived at Limpid Cave. It was now time for Yaibe's first mission to begin. What would his friends think of him... Maybe for now, he should focus getting Snype through for lunch. "Stay close & we'll get through." Yaibe said as he stepped inside the dungeon, taking a gulp from the anxiety.
 
"kehe, No need to tell me twice." Snype responded to Shell as he followed him into the fairly luminescent cave. Plenty of crystals to go around at the entrance but that was all child's food. The real good stuff was way deeper into the cave... He may as well take this opportunity to get to know the team he's working with.

"So, Shell huh? How's Team Crystal anyways? Are they a veteran team or something? They seem to be a pretty big deal around town from what I've heard. You and the other two teams at least. How long have you all been in business anyways?" Snype asked. The cave was fairly quiet at the moment... which kind of dissapointed Snype. Something was bound to pop up eventually.
 
"kehe, No need to tell me twice." Snype responded as they explored around the dungeon. It seemed a bit scary. There better not be too many Pokemon around here. "So, Shell huh? "Oh, I wouldn't know. I've recently jo-I mean! They're the best! Yep, the best! Always friendly with everyone! Haha! We've been at it since the very beginning!" Oh crud he's gonna blow it! Just stop talking, that's enough.

Yaibe sighed in his mind. He's gotta be more careful with his words. Anyway, this cave did have a lot of crystals & minerals. Where was the food Snype wanted?
