The battle castle is available in Mega Power, in this game, its counterpart is the Battle Department. So, for now, I have no plan to make two battle facilities since they might feel repeated somehow.

Could you please tell me more about this? If you mean challenging the Hermit Hill has nothing to do with the main storyline, then that's what it's supposed to happen, if you mean challenging it makes the story unable to continue, then please tell me more about the details or send me the save file so that I can find out what really is going on, thanks.

Gotcha started playing Mega Power a few weeks ago, guess that's something looking forward too, the Sevii Islands did feel kinda incomplete in Nameless though, is there a way of going to Origin island or Navel Rock? Probably missed it. It is fun to see Leaf standing forever in front of that rock knowing for that game she won't get it done.

I don't know how to progress any further.
I'm at the Dark Future part. (I think) I have finished the 4 memories in that Celebi-Natasha space. Natasha is now asking me if i want to revive Mewtwo. After that i went to the place where I beat the Viperum-Mewtwo fusion where I encountered that other Fus-Mewtwo. I beat that other Fus-Mewtwo and have it in my party now. When talking to Natasha, she tells me the same thing about requiring Elluce's illusion power and Mewtwo's DNA.
How do I progress in the story at this point?

Those two islands are not accessible in this game, but they are available in Mega Power.

You need to go back to Orange Village and talk to Elluce.

In fact, I don't have any accurate answers about that. He was supposed to have left Sylon. But what he has been doing is not planned.

The game was updated again for fixing some glitches and adding some minor new stuff. More potential glitches were fixed with jiangzhengwenjzw's help, and with whose help, a few more Pokemon were added. Also, 15 kinds of Elite Pokemon are added, they can only be challenged, bags can't be used during the battle. If you bring the same species of Pokemon and put them in the front of your team and they survived from the battle, they can get one chance to become their Elite form(Except for Unown and Marowak, these two are special). The following Pokemon have their elite forms now:
Sawsbuck, Noctowl, Machoke, Corsola(Johto form), Marowak, Unown, Nincada, Eevee, Linoone(Hoenn form), Cacturne, Lokix, Arbok, Milotic, Falinks and Magnezone.

Sorry for the double reply, but I found the Etamin Dept. Store was glitched due to some changed data, so I have to release a fixed Beta 5.41. Also, it seems that my blogspot was deleted for apparently no reason, so many screenshots were gone, now it should be fixed. Sorry, but I think it may not be what I can decide on at the beginning since it's not like I can decide on if characters from others' games can be used.

You need to evolve it by using Exotic Ore, and thanks a lot for reminding me of one thing: I might have forgot to make the freshly added Pokemon compatiable with the evolution checking system, now this should be fixed.
Beta 5.42 is yet another hotfix patch which fixed the evolution checking system to include the freshly added pokemon.

You need to evolve it by using Exotic Ore, and thanks a lot for reminding me of one thing: I might have forgot to make the freshly added Pokemon compatiable with the evolution checking system, now this should be fixed.

For what it's worth I have added the new Pokemon and their evolution methods to the main walkthrough and have been combing through all locations for any changes to the encounters for the new Pokemon (also added the Fighter Arena info, Miraidon, and a trainer that I somehow forgot about).

I found 13/15 of the elite Pokemon so far. I don't know where the Magnezone is, and for the Unown one, I already guessed it would be at Tanoby Ruins, an NPC outside the big chamber mentions that if you have a full team of Unown you can further solve the mystery. Does this mean that I should come into the chamber with a team of six Unowns for the elite one to appear? Or does it mean catch all the Unown forms first?

Thanks a lot for updating the walkthrough. Magnezone is the only one which was never mentioned by anyone since it is inside of the Time Crack, so I know it might be a bit harder to find. As for the elite Unown, yes, you need to bring a whole team of Unown(six of them) to enter that chamber, and it's the best to train them a bit to get ready to face the elite Unown(Lv30 for the first time). There's no need to catch all forms of Unown.
