You need to improve your spelling. I can't really understand what you say. Also you should improve the maps since there are too many tile errors, and I'm guessing it's a new region with Sinnoh Pokemon?
 
You should add a part of the sinoh region to import the SINNOH pokemon.

Hi,can you help me?

I patched my ruby rom correctly,but when I choose name of character and the game will begin,it will freeze and I can only see the light of main character at the end of beginning...
 
You made spelling mistakes in all of all your post. Type like the way I am typing. Also you have a lot of tile set errors. In my opinion you should have someone do the maps in your ROM Hack. I won't do since I don't have the time.

is it ok? or should i modify it?

and about the bugs i found one weird:
i was training my Shinx
and when it reached 15lvl it started to evolve what is normal
but Luxio was 12lvl after that and had weird stats O.O
 
This is the exact kind of game I could have ever wanted, Ruby with Sinnoh Pokemon, thanks for making it!

EDIT: I have found a bug, whenever I buy something at the Slateport PokeMart, the game freezes, I'm being forced to cheat to get PokeBalls:(

I don't think you should use Darkrai or be Champion. It seems too "noobish". Also Rokrdude you should improve the mapping and spelling before February 1st since the scrap-box is gonna get closed.
