I don't think you should use Darkrai or be Champion. It seems too "noobish". Also Rokrdude you should improve the mapping and spelling before February 1st since the scrap-box is gonna get closed.

as for mapping goes here is my newest edited map

the building present i n the map consist of trainers if u beat u can get prizes like

You used the wrong trees, the actual trees are near the bottom of the tiles in Advance Map. Also, it should be you not u, and exclamation marks come before the period!.
And there isn't a space before a question mark, huh?

Ya it was my first map the second map(Trainers Paradise)
is way better as compared to 1st one

Even in earlier updates u were able to encounter pokemon

must be that decreases Defense and special defense,Umm,that's all

Probably because Close Combat is Superpower...
But I don't know for sure since I haven't played this.

i found some bugs in youre hack...
1. the pokemart in oldale town sells:full restore(3000), max potion(2500), full heal(600), revive(1500) and elixir(3000)...if you ask me, these items arent supposed to be so early in the game...the mart doesnt sells pokeballs or potions...you really need to fix this...
2. the guy thats standing near route 102 if you go a bit more into the route and come back that guy is gone, but when you enter oldale town he "magicly" reappers...needs fixin
3. the sinnoh pokemon apperance is to big...

and you really should do a lot more changes in this hack...you kept most of the original game...but mostly a hack is when you change a lot of things...

but nonetheless its a fun gameplay hack... ;)

EDIT: if youre puttin sinnoh pokemon in...you coluld also put the new pokeballs that are in sinnoh...you could also put in the sinnoh tm`s...you could do a lot of things if youre making a hack...you can make youre own pokeballs if you wish :)
