Both are weak to Ghost and can learn Shadow Ball. Delphox has the Speed advantage. Probably Delphox.
Delphox also resists both of Gardevoirs STAB types, whereas Delphox's Fire attacks are neutral on Gardevoir.
I'd say Aurorus here. I know Revavroom has steel moves but I think Arourus has just enough bulk to tank one hit and take it out with a Bulldoze which Arourus was able to learn by tm in generation 8 (which is the last gen it's been in).
Toxicroak wins. It can learn Earthquake, and even if it goes second, Skuntank's only super effective move is Dig, which would only make things worse for it.
I assume you meant Round Faced Persian. Both have access to Play Rough, but I will go with Persian-A, as it's ability Fur Coat halves the damage from Physical Attack, hence Persian might be able to withstand Play Rough. And another thing is that Persian is bit faster as well, so it will go first mostly.
This is a hard one. No personal preference, so actual battle!
I'm going to give it to Clefable because of Meteor Mash. They both get a steel-move, only one, but Wigglytuff's is Gyro Ball. Both of them are relatively slow and have a close speed stat, so it wouldn't be too powerful. Also, Clefable gets Unaware, so any stat buff/debuffs Wiggly uses are ignored!
Gardevoir has coverage options, so this should be easy win, especially after knowing that both prefer modest nature to maximize their Sp.Att and their bulk is also specially defensive.
I was actually gonna give this to Sawk because of it's better stats, but Primeape gets both Aerial Ace and Acrobatics for some reason, so. Primeape gets the win!
I'm gonna go with Terapagos here. Its stellar form gives it an over-the-top boost in stats and its Tera Starstorm move would probably make Ogerpon think twice before terastalizing (Kind of OP if you ask me).
Lycanroc, due to access to Accelerock. Or in general any other Rock move which it can learn. And due to faster than Charizard, it could land it's attack first.
Magearna would win. My personal bias + higher base Speed + Aura Sphere/Focus Blast. Plus Registeel is set up much more to be bulky, not hit really hard.
