Windows Movie Maker on Windows 7 = Not really that bad

Crap. Mhm ..I'm going to be using WMM anyways; to see how it turns out. lol XD;
..but I'm feeling incredibly lazy. >:/
 
Lol, I never made an AMV. But yeah, since learning and trying new things ain't really all that bad of a thing, I might try.

Also, I don't think I'm gonna go for photography this time. The christmas theme is kinda hard for me. >(

Is pretty shocked for WMM. I used a couple of programs before for AMV's like Adobe Premier Element. Now that program is hard to use. In my eyes it seemed to be much harder then Sony Vegas. I'm still learning how to use it but most of Adobe products are much more competitive then other programs that I used. Photoshop is one Adobe program that I'm actually use to.
 
I'm thinking of doing the Graphics event too, but it's been a while since I've done much.

And do you guys think choosing a Japanese song for an AMV is a bad idea?

It depends if your good with making AMV's with Japanese song. The one I used was a bit tricky since I'm not use to making AMV's with them but it was a great challenge for me. If your up to the challenge then I say go for it!
 
Hehe, Movie Maker. Haven't used that since I got Sony Vegas :)

I mainly use WMM when I'm bored or do slideshows. I'm more of the beats type person because I started off with slideshows before I got into Anime clips.

There is always the beginners version which is around $100 I think but it doesn't have that many cool effects like pro does. Pro has masking and other helpful effects to use in a video. The one with Barry running in my first clip was 'masked' and man did that take me hours to do and I'm usually a fast masker as well.

I was able to get it when my family had money. I had this program for 2 years now.

Yeah. I need to google translations for the song. So I can like ..understand how I should place everything.

But it's not like any of you understand Japanese anyways, so it's all good even if I don't bother with it.
 
Adobe After effects cost almost $1000. I always wanted that program but I have it on my school laptop so I don't have to worry about paying that much for that one program. Adobe is much more expensive then Sony's programs.
 
Well, I'm getting sony vegas right now. It'll take me quite a while to figure out how to use it but...I'll give it my best shot. And $1000? Man, that's expensive! ._.
 
My Wi-fi isn't working for my DS, so I have no chance at winning egg swap. Might still participate if I figure out how to get it working though, the emblems are pretty cool~
 
I hate spending money on software, especially massive programs like anything out of the adobe suites, Finale notation software, Sony Vegas etc.

So it's quite wonderful that I got the entire CS5 (well, Premiere and Photoshop are Elements 8...) on my school laptop. Ahem.
