6th Gen Possibility of OARS Animated Promo !

    During B2W2 , We got an Animated promo that become popular to the point people wanting it to be an actual Anime series.
    Do anyone else hoping for another Animated Promo of ORAS ???
    It a good idea for advertisement considering the popularity of previous animated promo !
    Unless Game-freak decide to take pity on actual Anime of the series !!!

    Accept XY was a brand new game While B2w2 was a squeal.
    ORAS is a remake So there no danger of spoiling too much though Animated Promo.

    I honestly believe it was because there wasn't a set main character ( because we can customize them) but with ORAS having set characters it is possible for us to get one. Maybe we will see it this weekend
     
    I highly doubt that GF will make a ORAS animated trailer.

    Don't get me wrong, I would love to see one. REAL BAD. But I don't see it happening. Well, BW2 were exceptions as they were the first 'actual sequels' to the main pokemon series. ORAS is just a remake.
     
    I honestly think that for ORAS promo they'll bring May back into the anime for a while as well as bringing contests back briefly and perhaps giving May a mega Blaziken or something so they can really showcase everything like having Blaziken mega evolve during the appeals round etc.

    or having the contest girl whose name has escaped me appear.
     
    Personally, I feel the promo for BW2 was to hype people up about there being a sequel, and it was pretty successful. (Of all the Pokemon anime, it rates higher than everything except Origins on MyAnimeList.) XY received a lot of hype with the new features, Pokemon shown, etc., so a promo video wasn't really necessary. ORAS is no different--people were looking forward to Gen. III remakes, so ORAS's announcement just fueled their hype. I'd say a lot of what's been shown has helped, too. Of course, if a promo were to be shown, I'd imagine it'd be released within the next couple of months, given how BW2's promo came out roughly a month before the games were released in Japan. However, I'm skeptical that it'll happen.

    EDIT: Funny how I mentioned Origins and forgot that it was a slight promo for XY, what with Mega Charizard X XD Maybe something will happen for ORAS, then~

    Another animated trailer/special would be nice, but at the very least I imagine they'll have something ORAS related in the second Mega Evolution special, whenever it finally airs. It'd be a good opportunity to actually do something with it other than have it just sort of be there.

    Yeah I agree with this.

    As much as I want to see an anime-style promo for these games, I don't think it'll happen. At least the animated B2/W2 trailer looked awesome back in the day, but you know I really want to see May's OR/AS design in the anime.

    (maybe she could make another guest appearance in the main anime if they do want to promote OR/AS there)

    Yeah, me too! But can we have an English version, too, this time around if one gets made, please, Pokémon Company Int'l?
     
    I remember that promo, and I remember people flipping out over it for a few weeks on end. XD; Good times, though. I would love to see ORAS get an animated promo, especially since it's not like it would really spoil anything for a good number of fans, since so many of us played the original, and it would be amazing to see.
     
    I've always wondered what prompted the B2W2 promotion video, since it was likely made to boost sales but I wonder why B2W2 in particular. I would really love to see an animated promotion video for ORAS, and I can see it happening in order to introduce Hoenn in a better way than just "hey kids, we're remaking a game you probably haven't played, here!" and if it airs on TV it might attract some older Pokemon fans who have neglected the more recent games.

    Gold and Silver were sequels. The sequels Pokémon needed.
